“Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.”

“As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

“I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!”

“Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee,hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back .”

“Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

“Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again”

“The lady that helped me at breakfast was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough. Gave advice at what was on offer for me who is gluten and dairy intolerant. The breakfast was amazing, the best I've had. ”

“Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here...

“Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at...

“The hotel was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.”

“No lift, requested ground floor apologies as none free,but then 2nd floor quite the climb! Limited parking, not disabled friendly.the room clean very dated and torn chairs ,which should be in a skip,cracks in wall ripped wallpaper..However fantastic breakfast and thanks for accommodating autistic grandson for his breakfast, it was clean and towels clean but in need of some TLC, staff great , shower gels etc provided steep hill which can't be helped, but fyi for those with mobility issues .”
