“Very nice caravan in Rhyl parts right outside which is a bonus, but we had to bring our own bed sheets which was a bit strange. But everything else is great.”

“The room was clean and welcoming. Initially I didn’t see that my checking in email was spammed and was sent well in good time before my check in time , because of that I contacted the staff and they helped me beyond the expectation they were going on an extra mile of securing accommodation elsewhere and were pledging that I should not be stranded and without anywhere to put up for the night and for my stay. I felt a family treatment rather than a client.
