Staff was wellcoming when arrived and helpful providing useful information to dinner and breakfast, room was calm, clean and confortable. However, furniture in the room should be renewed and a door in the wall (between another room) should be eliminate.

I cannot say enough about the service at this hotel. The staff is so GREAT! The one night we came back late and our key would not work. We turned around to go to the front office and here came the office girl with two new keys. We had not even made it down the stairs. AWESOME! It's also close to the cutest coffee shop. LOVE IT!

Great little Inn, the couple that owns it does a great job and everytime we stay there are more improvements. This is our go to place to stay when going to Salina.

This is the only place we stay when we travel to Salina the couple weekends a year that we do. It’s small, quiet and the owners/staff are great everytime. They are doing updates on the rooms and it looks great!

The other guests weren't kidding, this place is impeccably clean, you can tell the housekeeping staff take pride in their work. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and bedding. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cute little town, worth a stop if you're taking the scenic route. Would stay again.

A good motel, with good bedding supply and soft towel. The plus was really the warm checked in that we got for our stay. Highly recommend the High Desert Inn, we will come back here if we will go back in this area.

The hotel owner was the gent who checked me in and was extremely hospitable. The room was extremely neat, orderly, and cozy.

Nicest hotel I have stayed at in Salina. I felt much safer there than at other hotels in town. It is also owned and operated by really nice hardworking Americans. .

the guy who checked me in was so friendly and helpful! and while the property may be dated in some ways, they are definitely making a lot of progress with very pretty and cool updates with art and such. and it was clean and had everything i needed!

The staff were so helpful as I needed to leave my car parked on the property for the weekend when I was not there. Very comfortable room and I would stay again.

Tremendous Road Noise
If you don't mind uncomfortable beds and tremendous road noise - including semi-trucks going past, sometimes shaking the room, then this is the location for you.

A good overnight stop.
All staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and readily available. Older building but the room was CLEAN & renovated enough to make it comfortable. Bed was comfortable for both of us, even though he like's soft, I prefer firm. A good place to overnight as the pricing was reasonable comparatively. Mom's Cafe for breakfast is a hidden gem & just a half block away.
