"Just average stay. We were looking forward to the bar/restaurant but it is closed on Sunday and Monday. Not mentioned in the booking information. Not what we wanted after a very long day driving."

"One of the beds in my room had a stain on the bedsheet, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they did give me a 1000 point bonus with an apology, which I appreciate. I was able to sleep in the other queen bed in that room without problems. As I was checking out the next morning, a different lady at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I was attempting to get a zero balance statement on my bill. She told me twice that she could not do for me when I was asking her to do, but as I was trying to clarify what I needed, she very rudely asked me if I could hear what she was telling me. I found out later that she very easily could have printed me a zero balance receipt, because my stay was a pay at property situation, not pay in advance through Expedia, as she was trying to indicate to me. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation."

"They were able to get us in at 11am after we had to change hotels. The room was clean, offered pet friendly room, but the fee was ridiculous. They offered soap, shampoo, but did not have a coffee pot in the room."

"Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!"
