"My stay at Empress Hotel was a most wonderful experience. Empress is located in a beautiful and safe city, Chiang Mai, and it's close to EVERYTHING. You can walk to many restaurants, and the major markets are all within a walking distance. The people of Chiang Mai are friendly, and the cost of living is low. The staff are so friendly and courteous. My birthday fell during my stay at Empress, and they lavished me with so many gifts! What an experience. I thank the staff for the outstanding hospitality. "

I truly cannot express how much I enjoyed Hongkhao Village. Service was exemplary. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, and I looked forward to it everyday. Pool and gardens, patios and balconies were magical. Especially at night. A terrific place to stay. I will be back."
