"Great place to stay for a ryokan and onsen experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. The views from the onsens are beautiful. The view with the lake and the mountains in the background is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend and would stay again."

The staff was very kind and courteous, always helpful in assisting us with our questions. We learned about Japanese culture and had a wonderful experience; definitely get the dinner, it was worth it. "Vessel Inns really growing on me. Rooms are usually bigger than most standard Japanese biz hotels with free 'proper' coffee in the lobby an added bonus. Breakfast at the downstairs bakery also good."
