"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. We were picked up at the train station and ushured into a relaxing lounge which we had unlimited access to for the duration of our stay, including the drinks and snacks, The check in process was very smooth and our bags were waiting for us in our room when we got there. We booked the in-room Onsen that we practically lived in. It was initially a bit hot for our liking but the staff were able to adjust it for us. We had an amazing nine course dinner that showcased the local produce. and the breakfast buffet was also briliant. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay with fantastic staff and would definitely come back."
