"Very nice view of the lake. Very helpful staff. The rooms have a private onsen hot tub on the balcony. The rooms have tatami and are set up to sleep on the floor. You can request a bed frame to elevate the futon, but it's better to request a bed when making the reservation (although you may enjoy sleeping on a futon, Japanese style)."

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."

"The hotel staff was professional and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Near train station and within walking distance to near by attractions. Bakery in the lobby was a great addition experience to the hotel and provided convenient to grab a quick breakfast in the morning. Laundry room in the hotel was convenient for us to wash our clothes since we stayed there for a week during a hot week. Overall, our experience at the hotel was excellent and will highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
