“Old but cleaned! We couldn’t start the heating system so it was cold. The reception lady was lovely and easy access to the kitchen”

“We have stayed at the Cloudside before. We appreciate the special care of the staff. The ammenities are above and beyond the usual sample size. It is like being home, actually. Parking is a bit dicey if the hotel is busy, but they make accommodations for parking within walking distance. The property is just a couple blocks from Baker St. and eateries. ”

“I came here for a last minute weekend retreat in the mountains. The property is modern and has all the necessary amenities, even in the shoulder season. The onsite restaurant offers incredible dining. Service was great. I do wish this property had a pool or hot tub, and a more free parking options for guests. I also think a hiking/walking trail map for the area would be useful, along with activities in the area occurring during my stay (though I did not ask if this existed). ”

“We stayed in a king room. It was nice, but quite small…you couldn’t fully open the door without it hitting the bed. That wasn’t an issue for us since we don’t need a lot of space, but it’s something to be aware of. The room and bathroom were clean overall, although we did find a few small beads (like from a bracelet) in the bed. That said, the sheets smelled fresh. “We chose the cheapest room rate and I suppose we got what we paid for. Towels stained and thread barren, shower curtain heavily coated with pink mold, all edgings black with muck that could be scrub brushed, walls splattered with all matter and in need of paint, couch was too dirty to sit on.”
