I arrived approximately 7pm. The first hour there was a dog parking, but I was told nothing could be done about it until 9pm. The second hour there was slamming of the doors on the door stop every 5-6 minutes, which made the dog barking worse. About 9pm there was what sounded like a stampede of wild horses over my head till 11pm. A complaint was made on the phone and via text. I was able to finally fall asleep about 1am after trying for 3 hours. Approximately 230am, I received a response via text from the front desk which awaken me. The text was useless as it was hours after my concerns and offered no solutions, and interrupted the sleep I was finally able to achieve after trying for hours. So I spent the next hour trying to get back to sleep before my 5am alarm. Dining: I ordered room service which included a burger med well. What I received is what I would consider a raw that was patty barely brown on the sides. Ended up ordering door dash since I could not sleep due to the extreme noise. My job requires me to spend a lot of times in hotels. By far this was the worst I have ever experience. I will stay at other Hiltons, but never again at this one.

I could not get the jets to work on the jetted tub. They was the whole reason that I booked that specific room. Other than that, everything was great.

Pool was awesome for the kids! staff was good, breakfast was good but should be a sign out that explains it is not complimentary and is restaurant style.

Clean and Modern with Great Service
The only thing causing me to give a lower rating is the ac/heating unit was messed up and we were unable to use due to it sounding like a jet taking off and landing while it was on. They would've moved us, had we asked, but I was there for a big surgery and switching rooms wasn't worth it. So, we just asked for a box fan and tney had one so it all worked out. Each staff member was so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel itself is very updated and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very clean, well stocked and roomy. Oh and the food frok theor restaurant was 🔥. Will definitely stay here again when I come back soon.

No complimentary breakfast like my booking said and cold shower . Let the water run for half an hour still no warm water. When I checked out the guy at the counter said oh yes we have been having trouble with that.

The hotel was really nice, my room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. My only complaint is that the Bar didn’t open until 5pm.

Location was easy to reach. Hotel was very clean and the staff: dining (fabulous), housekeeping and front desk were all welcoming. If I’m area will stay again and recommend.

There were check in issues. Expedia and Hilton need to work together better. We purchased insurance through Expedia and were under the impression that our credit card would not be used until check-in. The hotel tried to use it and access was denied because we had an issue with attempted use by an unauthorized user so the company put a hold on the card. Hilton said that they were unable to contact us because of not having information. A month earlier we booked a room through expedia with a smaller hotel and they called to see what time we would check in to the hotel. Very disappointed in Hilton's access to the same information.
