Shower grout was black. Vanity sink was dirty. Bedside table was sticky. Bed was very comfortable, but walls incredibly thin so very noisy

When my sister arrived before me, they called me to confirm for security. They then upgraded us a day earlier than asked for, at no extra charge. Special mention to Sonia For her service and care during our stay. Also to the room service staff. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you.

Selected pay at property, had my card charged prior to arriving. Would have not even stayed after walking in and this being pretty sub par. Room was semi clean but mould in bathroom and bugs and what looked like lavae or maggots in the light shade. Aircon in the main room had a mind of its own. Doonahs torn and worn. Far from what is advertised
Exactly what you want to see squirming around when you turn the light on

I got ripped off with Expedia saying $78 when they forgot to say American dollors I will never use them again and will be telling everybody not to use them utter false advertising then they make it impossible to contact it’s a discrase

We checked in to our room and it stunk of cigarettes. The carpet was filthy and stained and there was no way I would walk on it without shoes. The bed was hard and lumpy and the cupboard the fridge was in was all stained and damaged and dirty. The carpark was full of potholes and damage and there were cigarette butts everywhere. Overall, the whole place was well past its glory days and very run down and tired and will not stay again.

Good Afternoon Jo,Thank you for your feedback, We do Britec our carpets on a very regular basis, then they are vacuumed daily, Our rooms are all non-smoking rooms, so was disappointing to hear that the room had a cigarette smell to it. Smoking is allowed at the property in the Designated smoking areas only. The car park does have some uneven places throughout that Maintenace does attend every other month to try and minimize for our guest where water does pool in raining conditions.Kind RegardsShelleyGeneral Manager

A drunken customer returning at 1pm with noisy language and falling over outside items. Very disruptive. Motel seems to attract unsavouries.

Don’t Do It
I can not say this vehemently enough, DO NOT STAY HERE! It was dirty and smelled throughout. Every sheet was stained and/or had questionable stuff on it. The entire area leading to and inside the area felt like a place you would never want to go unless you were hiding for something. The gecko in the bathroom was easy enough to capture and let out of the room. The windows that didn’t close all the way seemed creepy until I realized the screens were so dirty you couldn’t see through anyway. The normal city welcome signs you see throughout the country with bright colors instead is a black and white sign with more than half of the sign being for “Crime Stoppers”. That is a sign for sure. Keep driving.

The staff were very good, but the shower wasn't cleaned properly (had hair in the soap holder) and the shower didn't work properly during our 1 night stay (were informed there were pipe works). Great location but slightly disappointed, staff very helpful though.

2nd stay at Centrepoint ( only vacancy in town) People trying to kick door in at 2am,Yelling and screaming at each other,then they started revving cars. Junkies walking around checking to see if cars where unlocked. Kids where frightened ,ended up leaving at 5.30am never again.

Lovely, clean facility. Huge family room with a big bathroom and shower cubicle. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a room mix up but was fixed straight away without any drama.

Unfortunately we had a lot of partying happening across the whole motel, which lead to having a sleepless night. Motel was basic and clean otherwise.

Was a lovely motel, central to food shops, the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner but a nice continental breakfast was supplied in the morning
