“The room smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in there. There was hair and stains on the bed sheets. Ran out of toilet paper and the tub did not drain well. Easy check in and check out. Very nice view. Wish the room was cleaner/fresher smelling.”

“Would go back to this hotel again.”

“This was our second time staying and our 39th wedding anniversary. We love the quietness, and easy access to the lake. Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets.”

“We have stayed here several times and usually love it but this time I met several rude staff members and was very disappointed. I realize everyone has a bad day though and we actually love these rooms.”

“Room was clean and service was great. I love the free drinks at the bar from 5 to 6”

“Good staff”

“Nice clean facility, great staff, liked having the bar inside.”

“만족”

“Hotel is very cool. Room is very dated, carpets were damp and wrinkly, around baseboards dirty, walls seemed dirty, bedding was clean. Bathroom has old tubs, not accessible for old people to get in and out of. My 81 year old mother could not shower as she could not access the shower.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again.”

“We loved this place!”

“Great location and property”

“The speaker on the tv sounds blown or settings need to be changed. Closet door was broken. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful”

“This place was awesome! The bed was perfect! I need to know what kind of mattress they use! The extras were unexpected. The location is 5 minutes from Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend Best Court when you are in Hot Springs, Arkansas.”

“Clean and staff very friendly and accommodating!”

“Perfect, wonderful place to stay.”
