“We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...

“Dar Pyramids has a fantastic view of pyramids. Rooms are nice. However the highlight is the staff and how friendly and warm and welcoming they are. They offer favours and will always make sure you are taken care of. The service and attention was better than some high end resorts. ”
