“The room was large and attractive. And good location but three big negatives for us. 1. Air conditioner was extremely loud. 2. Bathroom poorly designed with inability for use of toilet and anything else with privacy and bathroom not deep enough. 3. No sign in room that room would be cleaned only if requested to front desk. Small notice of that buried in other matters on paper posted in elevator.”

“The pool/hot tub do not look like pictures. The umbrellas were broken, the pool had cigarette buds at the bottom and there were trash around pool left behind by other guest. There was no trash cans by pool. Also the rooms are very compact especially the restroom. To use the bathroom or shower you have to maneuver a certain way into restroom just so you can close the door. ”
