Recommend to avoid.

A really run down, neglected property by the owners, e.g., TV didn't work, wifi slow, security front entrance door didn't always work and therefore sometimes difficult to leave the premises, railing up the staircase after entrance door comes off the wall mounting (safety hazard), door to rooms at the top of the staircase faulty (security key pad broken, door itself covered in adhesive tape, door knob on the inside almost falling off), entrance door to the bedroom itself an issue (we were told we were being given the only key, and if we want a room cleaning service we need to leave the door open after leaving the room), wardrobe inside the bedroom and sliding doors to the shower in the bathroom coming off the hinges etc etc. I really felt sorry for the staff charged with running this place, who were trying their best to do their job. A lousy breakfast on day one (stale croissants and poor coffee, so we didn't bother day two and three). Also, as an afterthought about the immediate vicinity (nothing to do with the property itself which is up a quiet nearby alleyway), being so close to Trevi fountain was not such a great idea because of the huge crowds...much better to pay a brief visit to Trevi from further afield!

Centraal gelegen prima hotel

Best trevi suites heeft 2 lokaties, wij zaten om de hoek bij Trevi fontein. Hebben alles bezienswarrdigheden kunnen lopen. Poetsvrouw was top. Helaas pas na lang aandringen hulp ontvangen van eigenaar om Rome uit te komen toen stad werd afgesloten ivm bijeenkomst G8 top. Uiteindelijk toch goed gekomen en bericht of we goed thuis waren gekomen. Klein minpuntje dus maar verder nette, schone kamer en aanrader!

Buona struttuta....ci tornerò.

L'hotel dove eravamo destinati ha avuto un problema nella nostra camera ma prontamente ci hanno spostato in un hotel della stessa catena sulla piazza del pantheon. La zona è unica, le camere sono pulite e ordinate. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'unico neo è l'ingresso principale ma la comodità della zona e delle camere lo fanno passare in secondo piano.

청결하고. 위치가 좋음

트레비분수 바로 옆이여서 위치가 정말 좋았음. 로마 모든 관광지를 걸어 다닐 수 있었음. 관리인이 상주하는것이 아니어서 약간 불편함.

Pulizia impeccabile, staff gentile e molto disponibile. Subito dopo la prenotazione mi avvisano che mi sposatano in un altro loro hotel per problemi: no problem. Colazione; dopo 10 minuti dall'inizio del servizio chiedo un caffè espresso (in quanto quello disponibile è da macchinette automatiche del tipo all'americana o simile) e mi viene detto che sono finite le cialde!

Unique hotel room so close to Trevi Fountain

Great room for the price. Friendly staff who let us check in early and watched our bags after checkout to give us a chance to do a bit more sightseeing. Gave us a map and helped us navigate the city. Room was clean and spacious.

Charming hotel!

We loved our stay at Best Suites Trevi! We booked the quad room for our family, which includes 2 adult kids. It was our first visit to Rome. At first, I didn't know what to think when the cab driver dropped us off down a small narrow street, but we quickly discovered that most streets in Rome are small & narrow. It's a quaint hotel with only a few rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful and our room was beautiful and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Breakfast is served either in the room or out on the veranda, which is very nice. The location was perfect! Right around the corner from Trevi Fountain, so easy to find after a long day of touring. I would definitely stay here again.

Fint lille hotel med god beliggenhed

Dejligt meget lille hotel tæt på Trevi fontænen (ca. 100 meter væk). Der var meget stille når man tænker på hvor mange mennesker der var ved Trevi. Værelset var stort og havde udsigt til en lille terrasse hvor man kunne spise morgenmad. Værelset var rent og pænt. Personalet var meget venlige og udleverede endda et kort over Rom. Vi havde oplyst at vi kom omkring kl. 13, og vi kunne godt få vores værelse selvom check-in først var fra kl. 15. Hotellet var lidt svært at finde da vejen det ligger på var meget lille og der ikke var på vores kort over Rom, men der var så heller ikke ret meget biltrafik forbi hotellet.

Perfectly located beautiful room

Fabulous room in a perfect, central location, literally less than a minute's walk from the Trevi fountain (which was sadly being restored - but you can't have everything!). Katia and Patricia were so friendly and everything about the stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful, and very clean. Breakfast was served on the terrace each day, fresh juice, croissants, rolls, cereal, delicious freshly made coffee.

Family for three nights

We, family of four, stayed for three nights at the hotel. Katia who received us was very nice and helpful, good in english. The breakfast was good. Jeric who helped Katia was also nice and helpful. The location is perfect near Fontana de Trevi. The only thing you should consider is the stairs. Could be problem for old people or family with small Children.

Esta en una ubicación perfecta aunque en un callejón que al llegar ( de dia), da una sensación de en donde me estoy metiendo. El portal del apartamento y la entrada tampoco ayuda. Cuando haces el check in en un pasillo estrecho, no mejora la situación, pero el trato de Katia y el estado de la habitación mejora la primera sensación. Cuando te das cuenta del verdadero valor de este establecimiento, es cuando ves que en menos de un minuto estas en la impresionante fontana de Trevi y que estas a un paseo, ....... y que paseos, de todos los monumentos y plazas de Roma. Cuando ves la seguridad y tranqulidad que transmite la zona y te dejas llevar, la sensación de acierto de la eleccion de este establecimiento es plena. Por supuesto, todo depende del precio, no mas de 140 noche para 4 pax en temporada alta con desayuno en la terraza .

Leider kein Brunnen

Das Hotel war völlig in Ordnung, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Leider wurde der Trevi Brunnen gerade restauriert. Riesige Baustelle und kein Wasser. Dauert mindestens!!! bis Oktober 2015. Zum Glück gibt es noch ein paar andere schöne Plätze in Rom. Wer mit dem Flieger kommt kann sich abholen lassen. Kostet 50 € anstatt 48 € mit dem regulären Taxi. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Der Fahrer steht am Flughafen und bringt euch bis zur Tür.
