The staff was very accommodating and was able to get in touch with them via WhatsApp. The cleanliness was okay, the bathroom smelled like sewege. The area was a little sketchy but there were tourists everywhere.

Great location with a 10-15 min walk to both the main train station and the colluseum. They made great recommendations of places to eat in the neighborhoods. Highly recommend walking through the nearby park to the Colluseum! The bathroom is on the smaller side but fine, note that the shower would be a challenge for a heavier person.

It was great to stay DaDa suites. Very clean and looks like just finished room remodeling. Super close to the public transportation especially termini train station. Quick response and kind staff is extra.

The staff was great. The area appears a bit unsafe, the shower was very small with limited water pressure. The plant in the room had a huge amount of dust that concerned me as how much cleaning actually occurs by the housekeeper.

Very convenient location. Shops and takeaways on the same road. Bars, cafes , markets all around the corner. Very quiet b&b which i guess is a good thing. Was pretty clean although very dated inside. Which i suppose doesnt matter of your only sleeping there. Staff were great with great communication

The room was dirty and someone’s water bottle was still remained. Check in was not smooth and could even use the elevator. The hotel was so hard to find and the area was not safe. Overall, the worst hotel experience in Europe.

Host was very accomodating to allow for check-in 10 minutes late. However, communication after that was very poor and messages were left read but unanswered. We had to rely on chance meetings with the host whilst they were on property to make our requests. Bathroom was very outdated and is in need of major fixing. The toilet was not completely attached to the floor and the seat was loose. Some times we could not get hot water as well. Room was very spacious. The listing says a lift is available which is true but you will still need to climb up and down some stairs to access the property.

Cleanliness and the bathroom ruined the entire experience for us. The bathroom smelled really bad, we had to close the door when we slept. The shower was dirty and we had to wait long for hot water if there was some. We spent as little time as possible in that bathroom, it wasn't clean and it didn't smell clean. The room didn't have any items to eat or drink although there was a small item menu in the room. The hosts were great, no complaints there and the hotel is in a great spot. The host arenged for late night check in and checked in a few times about my location. The room had Netflix which was awesome and the balcony in the room had a great view. It really was just the cleanliness of the bathroom that was very bad.

Rome was wonderful. Each time I visit it gets better. Hotel Dada was OK. It’s more of an Air B&B than a hotel. The room was small , clean the shower doors need to be replaced . The main door to our sweet was left open a few times allowing access to anyone passing on our floor. May want to install an auto door the will close automatically. The neighborhood was ok. Front of the building needs to be cleaned up.

Andrea (the receptionist) was nice though like other reviewers mention, we saw him only when we first arrived— however he was very nice. PLEASE: if you want hot water showers after a long day, this is NOT the hotel for you!!!! We only took 2 showers here because the water was not warm and we could not handle the cold. My partner and I are very low maintenance and read the other reviews stating there wasn’t hot water. We thought it would be no big deal. It was not a fun time. Overall, I would recommend this to people on a tight budget only. Please also be aware there is an elevator but you will still need to go up some steps (half a flight). There also was a strange smell in the lobby like eggs but honestly not as terrible as no warm water.

Disappointing accommodation
Accommodation was small, particularly shower room. Walls heavily marked. Shower not secured to wall. Bedding clean but only provided with a sheet and blanket, no duvet. Location close to termini station so good in that regard however not close to any of the main sights of Rome and some areas nearby did not feel safe. Good communication prior to arrival as there is no staffed reception, but this was not a problem as all was communicated. Good air conditioning to keep room cool. At nearly €200 a night, even when not in peak season, this accommodation was disappointing.

Convenient location close to Coliseum. Hotel is 6 rooms within an apartment building. There is no full time reception desk but the owner did a great job coordinating with us for check in.

The picture that are online are no where close to what the room actually looked like. It was difficult to get in and out of the space. Bathroom was barely big enough to wash your face or brush your teeth. The bed was comfortable and the room did its job since we weren't in the room besides to sleep. But overall I expected a totally different experience from what was seen on the website. Another thing to consider when booking is the check in process. There is not a full time worker for check in. You must contact the property 24 hours prior to check in with you travel details to be able to check in.

It’s within walking distance from Termini train station, very clean and amazing reception! but opposite direction from the usual tourist attraction such as the Forti Romani, Spanish steps and other most common. Limited dining after 20:00

Good customer service but not clean
The customer service was excellent but the room is very run down. The bed was clean but everything else was not in a sanitary condition. For example, there was black mold all over the shower head. Would not recommend staying here.

Don't trust their reservation agreement!
Even though we had scheduled our stay with a full cancellation policy, they charged us when we were not able to arrive on time, through no fault of our own. They not only charged us for the first night, which I would have understood, but for ALL the nights of the reservation. It was very unfair and simply greedy on their part.

The property was in a very safe and secure location. Large outer leads to the apartment buildings, then a smaller door into the actual building. Finally a door into the hotels and then your actual room door. Safe as can be! The staff was very nice and emailed detailed instructions on how to arrive from the train station. It’s about a 10 minute walk. Maybe 15 if you’re fat. There is a nice park right outside with public fountains and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel was clean and roomy as well! All at a good price per day. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but 10/10 for the price you pay.

Our booking includes breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. We do not feel safe in the property as there's no on site staff except when checking in and checking out. Uses old fashioned keys that anyone can duplicate and re-enter the property/room. It's not convenient when you have luggages as even there's an elevator, we still ned to do down and up the stairs. Totally dissatisfied.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights on our short trip to Rome. The hotel es NOTHING like the pictures. Everything looked and was dirty. The shower was clogged and the water was cold. When we got there the AC was off and it was hot inside the room, they don't let you control the AC. We asked and they said it was because at night it was cold, so we experienced hot days and cold nights (April). There were also homeless people and dog pee at the entrance of the main doors. Overall the people working there were nice, I think they saw the discomfort in our faces but everything else was horrible. Do not recommend and I would not go again.
