친절한 직원, 합리적인 가격, 꽤 작은 방
늦게 도착했지만 프론트에 직원분이 계셔서 이용에 전혀 문제가 없었어요. 처음 방에 들어갔을때 많이 작아서 좀 놀랐지만,, 오래되고 작다라는 느낌빼고, 이용하는 동안 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 방덕분에 잘 쉬고 기분좋게 여행할수 있었어요. 조식도 깨끗하고 다양한 빵과 잼, 음료가 있어서 좋았어요

편리한 위치
여행 기간 중 편리한 위치로 편안한 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 다른 많은 호텔들도 대체적으로 오래된 건물들이라 조금은 아쉬웠습니다.

추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔
테르미니 역에서 가까운것(도보로 약 7분)과 조식이 그런대로 나온다는 것빼고는 최악입니다. 시설은 천장에서 페인트가 떨어지고 방키는 열쇠식임에도 잘 열리지 않고.....야간 지배인은 루마니아 사람이 함에도 모든 책임은 주간지배인에게 돌리고 책임을 회피하고, 어떠한 불만사항에 대해서도 전혀 처리가 되지 않습니다. 게다가 주간 지배인(아마 사장인듯) 중국사람은 시티투어버스(15유로에 아무정거장에서 표를 사서 타면 됨)를 예치금 명목으로 22유로 파는 비양심적인 사람입니다. 물론 소개비조로 어느정도의 챠지는 생각합니다만 거의 30%가까운 챠지를 가져가는 비양심적인 호텔입니다. 차후에 로마에 가더라도 이용하고 싶은 생각이 전혀 들지 않습니다.

Great access to Termini railway station
This hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to Termini railway station. In general the area around the station is quite scummy but this hotel is in a nice area just up the road from Basilica of Saint Mary Major where there are also a few nice restaurants. The hotel itself is okay but looking a little dated but in general very clean. The area is quiet at night and the air-conditioning very good. The mattresses could do with being changed as they seem old, lumpy and very soft. The breakfast was a typical basic Italian, but without any pastries which I found strange. However there was enough to fill me up in the way of yoghurt, fruit and cornflakes. I was only here for one night and I would definitely stay again.

Great stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We came 3 hours early and we still got to get our room. Will come back. Good location, close to the train station. 12 minutes walk from colosseum

Very good experience
Pretty affordable hotel perfecly located in Rome. It's short way to the metro or bus that takes you to the varican. And it was some very nice restaurants nearby. -- Also the train/bus station that takes you to the airport was a just 10 minute walk away.

This was our first time staying at the property and unfortunately because of flooding the previous week we had to be moved across the street to another property. They carried our bags and let us check in early though. Wonderful experience and great breakfast!! Would stay here again if ever in Rome.

Quarto do hotel minúsculo, parece até uma clausura (só cabe uma cama de solteiro e nada mais). Chuveiro é péssimo, dificil de regular, a água quente e fria, depois que você regula, no meio do banho começa a sair água gelada, ou a água começa a esquentar muito. Limpeza também deixa a desejar. Café da manhã relativamente bom, localização boa. Custo beneficio meio alto, considerando que sequer um banho descente deu para tomar com tranquilidade.

Hotel Review
The hotel staff wasn't very friendly. The only person to give us their time of day was the cleaner and she was run off her feet. (A smile costs nothing) The room we stayed in didn't have any hot water, the room needs a lick of paint and the AC didn't work. We didn't spend much time in the hotel but the time we did spend there wasn't very pleasant. This hotel proves the point that you get what you pay for.

Buen hotel calidad precio. El colchón justo en comodidad y el agua caliente tardaba un poco en salir. El personal muy correcto y con disposición a ayudar en todo. El desayuno bueno, con algo de embutido y pastas.

Decent hotel with excelent staff
The hotel in itself is not impressive...the shower barely had any pressure and regulating the heat was impossible...either scalding or freezing. That aside the bed and room was decent. The breakfast is pretty standard for italian breakfast buffets. The staff however offered excelent service.. we had issues with our rooming and they immediately presented several alternatives. They were also very helpful on other matters such as advice on where to dine or shop and how to transport ourselves to the different sites. The treatment we recieved from the staff makes up for the faults of the hotel itself.

Nice hotel near train station
We had twin beds which I prefer for better sleeping. There was a small bathtub - the only one on our travels. The breakfast was had lots of variety and was very good.

Hotel is close To Everything
The hotel is OK for people like my wife and I who are looking for a place to stay but do not spend much time in their room. We only look for places close to transportation and prefer walking to see as many sites as possible. This hotel is close to some really great restaurants and the buses are within a block or so if needed. Do not go to this hotel if you have any type of handicap as it is not set up for people with any problems.

Nous avons été bien accueilli même après 22h L'hôtel est près d'une basilique et de là on peut rayonner facilement dans les alentours . Une station de métro se trouve à 100m et l'autre ligne de métro près de la gare .Il est facile de se rendre dans les divers lieux de visites .Des restaurants sont proches de l’hôtel et on peut y manger de bonnes pâtes et pizzas.

Poor experience
The only good aspect was the hotel being close to transportation and city center, but unfortunately, although we paid for a room for a couple with a big bed, we got "the last room with two separate beds" lined in Indian file, a very small room compared to the picture we viewed and booked. Not to mention the noise made by drunk guests who were disrespectful of others, while the personnel did nothing about it.... a poor experience for a hotel in the center of Rome. Breakfast was nice, service staff friendly.
Next time we surely assign you a bigger room, thank you for choosing our hotel!

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte con la mia famiglia e sicuramente ci tornerò per l'ottima posizione. Vicinissimo alla stazione Termini e alla fermata della metropolitana Vittorio Emanuele. Pur avendo il check in alle ore 13 la mia camera mi è stata consegnata alle 11, personale molto cortese e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato per l'ascensore che è davvero piccolo e può contenere soltanto 2 persone alla volta. Camera confortevole con una vista della basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, mini bar presente ma vuoto e scollegato, tv un po' piccolina Colazione a buffet discreta, gentilissimo il personale della reception che ci ha tenuto le valigie fino a sera avendo il treno alle 23. Sicuramente ci tornerò
