Accoglienza cordiale, mi è stata assegnata una camera di livello superiore a quella prenotata. Camera tutto ok ma: manca cassaforte, frigobar vuoto e presumo staccato (a me d’inverno l’acqua fredda non serve...). Pet il resto, bagno buono, letto confortevole, se avessi soggiornato più delle due notti in cui sono stato avrei chiesto un cambio cuscino (per me troppo alti). Colazione senza infamia e senza lode, ma in epoca Covid è quasi la regola.

Soggiorno gradevole, buona la posizione dell'albergo, molto comoda la disponibilità del parcheggio interno alla struttura, gratuito. Eccellente la pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. Migliorabile l'assortimento della colazione, che offre esclusivamente prodotti confezionati molto basici, ma un cartello apposto in sala colazione avvisa che il ricorso esclusivo a prodotti confezionati è una misura igienica anti Covid

Ho scelto questa struttura per una trasferta di lavoro. Molto comodo da raggiungere dal raccordo, dalla metropolitana e dalla stazione Tiburtina. Camera molto confortevole, tutto pulito e staff molto disponibile e cordiale. La colazione buona. Ampio parcheggio disponibile.

Ne correspond absolument pas à la description
Hôtel au bord d’un carrefour et d’une route bruyante. Matelas peu confortable Salle de bain vielle avec la douche qui a du mal à évacuer l’eau. Petit déjeuner sans intérêt, rien de frais que des biscuits emballés. Absolument pas proche de la ville. A 50 min en bus du centre... Je vous DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT.

Reasonably comfortable, very nice people.
The superior single was small, but I have stayed in smaller in Rome, but closer to the city. The bed was comfortable, but the big plus here are the front desk people - all very pleasant and eager to assist with advice etc. It appears to be a family concern, not a chain. Without a car getting to Rome would be annoyingly tedious - 2 buses or walk and bus. I drove, parked and bussed. It worked for me. Breakfast was typical Italian fare - a bit too sweet for my palate (chocolate in the muesli!?) but adequate. If you have not discovered it yet, you must try the antica Pinsa romana (no, not Pizza). Staff will direct you.

Elegant stay in Rome
The hotel is located within easy walk of bus station for 20-30 minute bus ride to center of Rome. Staff are very eager to assist with any questions. Language is not a barrier.

Nice, clean hotel
It was nice, and it was clean. The area around it was not great, and it was a long way to the metro. But we did go walk around. All in all the hotel is nice, it sufficed for us staying one night before our flight out.

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima zona, avevamo la macchina e siamo andati ovunque senza intoppi. La camera era molto pulita. La colazione era molto abbondante e varia (se permettete un suggerimento, inserite anche della frutta fresca). Il personale molto gentile e attento. Una nota di merito per la gentilezza al ragazzo barbuto. Unica nota stonata è stato il wi-fi molto instabile, ma forse è un problema relativo solo alla nostra stanza perché era molto infondo.

Hotel pulito ed economico
Ho avuto un intervento laser agli occhi e la struttura si è dimostrata molto, molto comoda per la vicinanza del centro oculistico, la farmacia ed il ristorante. Ho parcheggiato all'arrivo in un ampissimo cortile interno e mi sono sempre spostata a piedi. Per il mio caso è stata una posizione strategica.

El personal, el desayuno, la limpieza y las instalaciones todo estupendo. La unica pega es que está, más o menos, a media hora de Roma. Por lo demás repetiría seguro. He probado otros hoteles de italia y este es el mejor.

Albergo carino, comodo per viaggi di valoro per persone che devono recarsi nella periferia est di Roma. Le stanze sono carine e silenziose, anche se un con poco spazio. Bagno ok. Colazione nella media. Ampio parcheggio. Vari ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Prezzo decisamente competitivo.

Confortevole hotel in periferia
Sono stata diverse volte in questo hotel perché vicino a casa di miei parenti,ma ci sono tornata soprattutto per l'accoglienza ,la gentilezza e la simpatia della famiglia che lo dirige e per la pulizia e il confort delle camere.Ogni volta trovo qualche miglioramento sia nella struttura in se' che ,per es.nella colazione che è sempre più ricca.Tornero' sicuramente!!

Le séjour dans son ensemble s'est bien déroulé, seul bémol les photos montrées sur le site ne représentaient pas la chambre louée. En effet, la chambre n'avait pas de balcon, ni de baignoires et encore moins de fenêtres sur l'extérieure. nous avions une fenêtre de toit de 50cm*70cm ainsi qu'une fenêtre donnant sur un hall. Le personnel a réussi à nous changer de chambre les deux dernières nuits, nous avions enfin une fenêtre qui donnait sur l'extérieur. La présentation des chambres est à revoir...

Ottimo albergo, silenzioso, pulito e ben tenuto. L'arredamento è moderno e confortevole. In posizione un po' periferica ma ben collegato al centro. L'unica pecca è la colazione. Ottimi i dolci e i cornetti, ma manca completamente il pane fresco (solo pancarrè o panbauletto) e non vi è nulla di salato (salvo patè spalmabili al formaggio o al prosciutto).

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e parcheggio.
Per il prezzo l'albergo è ottimo, così come è ottima la posizione(sulla Nomentana) e il fatto di avere un parcheggio interno recintato. Unici due nei sono i materassi troppo cedevoli e la mancanza del "salato" per la colazione.

Nice location and very clean/newer hotel
Good location in Rome if you have a car or use a taxi to get to Metro. Compared to what we have found in downtown Rome this Hotel and rooms are very clean, staff very friendly and speak English well. Parking for the hotel is great. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel comodo per chi viaggia in auto, a pochi passi da Nomentana e GRA. Parcheggio gratuito nel cortile della struttura. Per il resto, interni decisamente migliori della facciata, camere ben arredate, pulite ma poco insonorizzate e colazione da battaglia. Carina l'idea del lucernario sul letto.

Nice Trendy Hotel, Poor Location
This hotel has a clean and modern feel. The staff are very friendly and recommended a fabulous local restaurant around the corner (Olio d' Olivio). Our room was clean and comfortable, however the shutter door to the balcony was stuck halfway down the doorframe, so we had to duck under to go out to the balcony (The staff would have fixed this issue if we stayed longer). The cotton shower curtain in the bathroom did very little, so there was water all over the floor after each shower. The air conditioning is powered by your room key, so after a very hot 12hr day walking Rome, our room was very hot. The breakfast was basic with cereal, toast, yogurt, spreads, some deli meats, slices of cheese and sweet breads. The hotel in and of itself was pretty nice, but this hotel's biggest drawback was it's location, especially because we were only there 2 nights. It is quite far from Rome's main attractions. You have to walk a quarter mile to the nearest bus stop and then take the bus 9 stops to the Metro station to go to the attraction of your choice. Getting back at night is challenging due to most Metro stations closing around 9-10pm and buses running less frequently.

Just a couple of things to specify to inform correctly the reading future guests: The subway here in Rome close at 11:30 p.m. from monday to thursday and at 1:30 a.m. on friday and saturday (no difference between different stops). The nearest bus stop is 10 meters far from the hotel entrance, and it is useful to go to the capital bus stop to take the bus N. 60 to get to Piazza Venezia (city center). There are of course other paths to reach the city center, including the subway. The buses work until midnight, and after you can use the nightly buses (working all over the night); the night bus N22 stops 10 meters far from the main gate of the hotel. Für eine Städtereise Rom haben wir das Hotel ausgesucht. 7 Km zum Zentrum ist gut, leider liegt es direkt an einer Hauptstrasse und die Zimmer nach vorne sind laut haben leider keine Schallschutzfenster
