숙소위치도 매우 좋고, 아침식사는 간단하였지만 요청하면 무료로 추가되는 식사도 있으니 리스트를 잘 활용하면 좋습니다. 방은 조금 작았으나 청결하고 근사했습니다. 테르미니역까지와는 도보로 약간 거리가 있으나 대부분의 관광자와는 접근성이 매우 좋습니다.

모든 것이 만족스럽고 감사했습니다. 오래된 로마 건축물에 있는 작은 규모의 호텔인데 깔끔하고 운치있었습니다. 친절하게 맞아주어서 고마웠으며 아침 식사 서비스 직원도 좋은 분인 것 같더군요. 커피도 아주 맛있었어요. 깨끗하게 관리되어있고 저희가 묵었던 1번 방은 뷰도 좋았습니다. 단지 엘리베이터가 3층 까지니 예약하실 때 참고하셔요. Spagna역과 7분 정도 거리면서 스페인광장이 바로 옆이라 위치가 좋은만큼 가격은 떼르미니 근처보다 높습니다. 관광지 가까운 안전한 곳을 찿으시는 분들에 추천하겠습니다.

친절한 직원분들 좋은 위치!
다른 유럽의 나라여행후 최종 목적지였던 로마에서 4박을 했어요 이 호텔에서요 아시안이라 무시당하지않을까 걱정했던 유럽여행이지만 이 호텔이 가장 친절했어요 저는 이태리어를 전혀 하지 못하고 영어실력도 좋지 않지만 직원분들은 항상 미소로 답해주었습니다 한국인 후기가 많지 않아 조금 걱정이었었지만 괜한짓이었어요 더블룸에 베드추가로 세명이 잤는데 더블룸인것 치고는 넓은편이었어요 욕실도 넓고 옷장도 넓고요 엘레베이터도 있어요 호텔 전체적으론 아담하지만 위치도 좋고 근처에 가게들도 많고 치안도 좋아요 다음에 또 이용하고싶어요 로마에 간다면요 ㅎㅎ

가격대비 굉장히 좋은 호텔입니다.
한국인 후기가 몇 없어 직접 작성합니다. 꽤나 오랜 시간을 머물렀던 호텔인데, 위치는 스페인 광장 바로 뒤쪽에 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간에도 통행이 안전하고 24시간 리셉션으로 직원들이 항시 대기 중입니다. 객실 청소를 도와주는 직원들 또한 굉장히 사랑스럽고 친절합니다. 제가 1guest이기때문에 작은방을 배정받은 거 같으나 혼자서 지내기에 전혀 불편함은 없었습니다. 유럽 국가이다 보니 영어가 잘 통하지는 않지만, 영어를 구사하는 직원들이 몇 있어 의사소통에 어려움은 없었습니다. 다음에 로마를 또 방문한다면 이 호텔을 다시 찾을 만큼 위치, 가격, 응대 모든 부분에서 만족합니다. bonjour i stayed this hotel for 6 days when i stayed this hotel i felt comfortable all moment all staff was very kind and my room was clean everyday thank you for your effort! if i visit in rome again i will stay this hotel see ya

We had a great time staying 4 nights at this lovely little hotel. It is really close to the Spanish Steps and an ideal base for exploring Rome. There is a Jazzclub across the road and it is only a short walk to Harry’s Bar. The rooms are comfortable and very well kept. All staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We will be back. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Gregoriana. The staff is wonderful and the location is central and not far from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. My single room was nice and very clean (though the carpet could use refreshing). Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel , clean and bed was really comfy , we had a small balcony which was nice to sit out with a coffee staff were friendly and informative , good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Central location down a side street so was quiet 5 minutes walk to spanish steps trevi fountain 8 minutes, 30 minutes walk to Coliseum and about the same to the Vatican, definitely recommend

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Rome city center. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were immaculate and they provided a crib for my grandson. We had a nice breakfast offered each morning, and we were very central to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Really nice hotel. Great location close to the Spanish steps, metro station and shopping. Other tourist attractions near by. Walking distance. Friendly staff. There were a few details that could be looked at. Paint work needs a refresh. English speaking TV channel could be better. Bedside light missing. Breakfast selection could be better. Overall it’s a great hotel. With a few small changes could be an awesome hotel.

Nice little hotel. Minimal to no language barrier with staff. Very close (2-5 min walk) to the Spanish Steps. But on a side street so not noisy. Most main sights (except the Vatican) are within 20-30 min walk. But hotel is close to the Spagna metro station so most sites, including the Vatican are only 20 min away!

It was a very elegant property with prime location but speed of service for breakfast was really slow even when there were no other guests and it was items that need not be cooked. It was delicious and fresh but be prepared to take 45 min to an hour for a simple continental breakfast. Also staff policy is to keep your room key while you go outside in case of emergency which tends to be a minor inconvenience for when you are in and out a lot during the day. One evening I returned to a clean room and there were no towels but the staff fixed it relatively quick. Really enjoyed the location right near Spanish steps and metro and it was a beautiful property but just was hoping for something a bit more. May give it another try in the future but then again there are so many other options.

Little gem in the city
We arrived Boxing Day evening and the man on reception was very friendly and welcoming directing us to our room and explaining about breakfast. The room itself was lovely and comfortable and very clean with lots of attention given to the cleaning daily. Towels were replaced daily which I was surprised by as we're always happy to reuse, but it made for a nice upkeep. The room gets quite warm and there's not air con on site, however at that time of year we were happy to open a window and that was more than sufficient. It wasn't too noisy as is down a side street while still being really close to everything and we were able to walk everywhere we needed from there every day. The breakfast each morning was a superb benefit and really gives the edge to this hotel for making it much more budget friendly. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and I'd definitely stay here again for a future trip.

The property itself is clean and the staff were friendly and super helpful. Rooms are clean but smallish. Our room had a shower stall which was small and may be a tight squeeze that may not work for the generously proportioned or the claustrophobic. One nit - the shower stall even lacked a niche/ledge/holder to put the soap/shampoo. Not a big deal but just a tad bit inconvenient. The included breakfast is very basic - coffee and some bread, cheese brought to your table. Eggs and the like are extra. We picked this for location and it is indeed located very close to the Spanish steps / Metros. That said it can be a bit of a drag lugging your bag in this neighborhood. Something to keep in mind if you are using public transport. Still doable though not convenient. Overall, still worked out well for our stay.

Dear Mr. Vijay,we thank you for your kind and detailed review, we appreciate your feedback.Our spaces are not big, it is true, but they are exactly as described.Consider that the XVII Century building is a former convent.We took note of your advice regarding a holder to put the soap/shampoo in the shower, thank you!Concerning breakfast, our spaces are limited but we do have many more products included than what described. And they are all high quality Italian products, mainly organic.The only things which are not included are the eggs and the fresh orange juice which are prepared at the moment on request.Looking forward to the chance of welcoming again in the future and to offer you an even better experience, we take the occasion to wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Very nice and neat hotel for the price, with breakfast included. However, the menu should be shown to the clients to be able to choose what they would like to eat and not rely on what the waiter decides to bring. The second day we were the only couple in the room, having seen there was a menu, requested some ham and cheese to eat with the bread and the waiter told us to wait and served other people that came after us, instead . The reception staff were friendly, especially one of them who gave us some help with map directions and also brought food delivery to my room, having thought to add some plates and cutlery. That person has very good customer service skills.

Dear Mrs. Ana,as already written and explained in person, our classic double rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests as per our authorization and we do not have the chance to make any exception.The only other option we had available was our Suite which we offered at a very discounted rate in order to help you solve the issue but you declined and opted to look for a different hotel.We are really sorry for the situation but please understand that it has not been our fault.You could have reserved the correct room at the time of booking or even call us before coming in order to think of a possible alternative.Of course, should we had the possibility, we would have been more than happy to help you.With our best regards.

The location is realy perfect on top of the Spannish steps with metro station Spagna at 2 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and polite. The one person room was perfect for a single travler. I did like the hard bed! Shower was also perfect with good warm water and still plenty of water presure on the 3rd floor. Rooms are a bit outdated but thats also the charm of the hotel. For sure would come back!
