공항에서 버스에서 내린 후 5분안에 도착이 가능했고, 카운터에 계신 직원분도 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 호텔의 위치도 좋고 내부도 훌륭합니다. 바티칸이나 로마 내의 유적지를 걸어서도 갈 수 있습니다.^^

좋은 방과위치 그러나 좋지않은 서비스
이메일로 먼저 원하는 방을 이야기했었고 컨펌을 받았으나 원하지 않았던 방을 주고 모르쇠 했고 어댑터를 빌리고싶어서 예약을 해놨는데 우리는 그런얘기들은적 없다면서 직원이 바뀔때마다 말이바뀜. 방과 위치는 만족

We stayed at the Hotel Isa in May. We enjoyed it very much with a great area on the roof for the evening to relax. It is between the 2 big sites and there is much less traffic and congestion. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helping. Room was clean. Breakfast was included and had many options. Hotel was in a good area where you could easily walk to restaurants and shops.

It’s an unassuming hotel but you can’t beat the location. We walked to everything. It’s very classic and rooftop bar was very nice. Pillows were a bit hard but besides that everything was good

The staff behind the reception go the extra mile for their guests, very helpful and professional in all their manner. Stefano has kindly booked our Vatican tickets. A breakfast pack was also made ready for us when we travelled early in the morning for our tour. We loved the interior of the hotel, so chic and elegant. Breakfast spread was decent and had plenty to choose from. The hotel is close to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica, which was convenient to walk. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Lovely outdoor patio on the roof that served great snacks and drinks. We had to leave early to catch our flight and the front desk was superb at making sure we had a breakfast to go and a taxi waiting. Great area for walking into the city centre. Nice ending to our Italian vacation.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop breakfast buffet (with freshly cooked hot options) is the perfect way to start the day, and evening cocktails are the perfect way to end. Good dining options very nearby. The Vatican and the Spanish Steps are comfortably walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Un hotel con habitación estándar, con todo lo necesario para una estadía y más como un lugar como Roma. Tiene un excelente ubicación, está muy cerca del castillo de san angelo, y con fácil acceso al Vaticano a un lado y por otro lado el centro a pie, y si quieres ir más lejos, la estación del. LEPANTO está a 4 o 5 cuadras. El desayuno super completo! Gracias a Regie y. Silvana que nos ayudaron, extrañaré sus capuchinos matutinos.

Great location. Fantastic and friendly breakfast, bar and cleaning staff, and excellent breakfast. Booked a small room for seven nights, which was only one available. It was comfortable, spotless and well laid out. Only minor complaint’s the closet space was a small cubby with no draws and room a bit noisy. I will stay here again.

The only bad thing I can say is the noise at night. There’s a lot of trash trucks that come and they are extremely loud. We had a balcony room on the 5th floor and it sounded like the trucks was in the room. But overall really nice place to stay.

Klasse Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sehr sauber und ruhig und mit einer tollen Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Petersdom. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und im Viertel gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Shoppen!

Superb boutique hotel that is in a safe not too busy location. Very handy for transport, dining out, shopping and local attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful and made our stay a great experience. Would certainly go back there.

Overall this is a good hotel but not sure it’s a 4-star one. Great points include cleanliness, room facilities and breakfast selection. However, if you’re keen on proximity to city centre this is not the best hotel. The staff at breakfast aren’t the friendliest and on occasion my room entry card wouldn’t work at night and I had to wait at least 20 minutes for a receptionist to help. It’s also easy to hear your neighbours (a problem since I had loud and lousy ones) and hot water in the shower is a hit and miss. Overall I would say it was an average to fine stay but not great and not a 4-star experience.

This is my third stay at Hotel Isa. It is wonderful…especially if you want easy access to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican museums

Very enjoyable experience
Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions & always had a great stay. Great staff from reception to breakfast & cleaning who are all very polite & helpful. Good breakfast choice, bar area available in the evening & views of St Peter’s Basilica from rooftop area. Room could possibly now do with an update but all very clean. I had another great stay & will stay again when I return to Rome.
