I almost had my bag stolen at the entrance of the hotel by two men on a motorcycle. The hotel staff heard my screaming and he came to tell us off. He certainly did not appreciate what had just happened to us.
We had huge bags - but no elevator from the entrance to the first floor - the staff helped us in the evening when checking in, but offered absolutely no help when we were checking out.
The breakfast is poor. The only thing edible really was the fruits and the coffee.
The room was tiny and a horrible stench came from the bathroom.
There wasn't a 'do not disturb' sign. We didn't want the maid cleaning our room but we didn't really have any choice.
The only thing good about the hotel is the location - 5 mins from Termini station if you don't have as heavy luggage as we did. There are restaurants near by, cheap if you take out, but pricy if you choose to eat in.
Overall, I personally would not return to this hotel, and would not recommend it to my family and friends. If you care about the location, and that's the only thing you need, maybe it would be alright.
