방이 크고 넓으며 산탄젤로 성에서 가까움
비행기 캔슬돼서 새벽에 도착했는데도 호스트가 참 친절했어요. 호스트가 너무너무 잘해주고 아침이 잘나와요(미니바 뷔페식) 너무 마음에 들어요!! 산탄젤로 성 바로 뒷편이고 바티칸이랑 가까워요. 다음에 꼭 다시 가고싶은 곳!

Horrible experiencia!
Horrible experiencia! La atención pésima, no tuvimos agua caliente 2 días para poder bañarnos, tienen un servicio de front desk muy corto y además tuvimos piquetes de chinches! No se los recomiendo en lo absoluto!

Ci dispiace sapere che non siamo stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Purtroppo per le zanzare non possiamo fare nulla, tuttavia ci dispiace che ce ne fossero già a metà Marzo, per quanto invece riguarda il riscaldamento in camera ci teniamo a precisare che in tutte le nostre camere è presente una pompa di calore (che funziona sia per il riscaldamento invernale che per il raffreddamento in estate) e che possono essere regolate in totale autonomia dai nostri ospiti (inoltre la macchina presente nella camera che le era stata assegnata è stata sostituita pochissimo tempo fa e pertanto è perfettamente funzionante).Ci impegneremo ad offrire un servizio migliore ai nostri ospiti ed inviamo cordiali saluti

It’s 2* Hostel rather than Hotel
It’s not a hotel it’s more of a hostel. There’s NO Staff to assist with any guests needs or issues. There is a lady who arrives after 10am and probably leaves in afternoon There was NO hot water on our 1st day. And it’s hard to take shower in mid February with freezing water. Which we did rather then blowing our day in waiting for anyone to show up.

Expedia probabilmente non è a conoscenza del fatto che in questo hotel non è disponibile la prima colazione, siccome era inclusa ma non ne ho potuto usufruire. Inoltre l' acqua calda non esiste, quindi lascio immaginare l'esperienza doccia ghiacciata.

Buongiorno, Purtroppo c'era un errore nella descrizione delle camere nella tariffa da lei scelta per cui figurava ancora la prima colazione che, tuttavia, ormai non offriamo da diverso tempo. Ci scusiamo per l'errore commesso ed il disagio arrecato, e assicuriamo che abbiamo già provveduto a modificare la dicitura relativa alla colazione. Per quanto riguarda l'acqua calda, purtroppo, abbiamo un problema con la caldaia per cui capita che vada in blocco. Abbiamo già contattato l'assistenza prima delle festività ma, essendoci appunto stato il ponte del 01 Novembre, nostro malgrado c'è stato un ritardo nell'intervento che avverrà solo nella giornata di domani. Speriamo tuttavia di poterla ospitare di nuovo in futuro per avere la possibilità di farle cambiare opinione in merito alla struttura ed al servizio. Saluti

A favor: muy céntrico y buena calefacción. En contra: Limpieza inexistente, sin servicio de toallas limpias, enchufes del Imperio Romano, para conseguir papel higiénico tienes que tener suerte de encontrar a la recepcionista, pero se agradecen las servilletas de papel que cogí directamente del cubículo del desayuno, cuando estás en plena faena de ducha el agua sale fría y hay que avisar para que lo arreglen, dos de las camas estaban sin sábanas, colchones con abundantes restos orgánicos como pelos realmente desagradables por no decir vomitivos. En fin, buena experiencia para quien quiera vivir una recreacion del siglo XIX. A todo esto se anuncia como HOTELy allí bien claro figura un letrero que pone PENSIÓN.

Ho trascorso una notte per un viaggio di lavoro. Posizione ad un passo dal centro. Personale ospitale e cortese. La colazione è ben assortita. Camera molto ampia Con un bel kit bagno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Prenotazione annullata senza alcun preavviso
Avevo prenotato in questo hotel per due notti. La prima una singola, la seconda una quadrupla. Mi hanno scritto dicendo che mi avrebbero messo subito nella quadrupla. Perfetto ho pensato! Mi hanno scritto che c'era un problema con la seconda notte perché non si era addebitato l'importo in carta di credito, ma che avrei potuto pagarla in hotel. A me in carta di credito risultava l'addebito parziale, perché in parte ho riscattato una notte gratis di hotels.com. Arrivata in hotel mi è stata data una doppia senza bidet e mi è stato detto che per il mancato pagamento della quadrupla la relativa prenotazione era stata annullata, a differenza di quanto mi era stato scritto in e-mail. Hanno dato la colpa a hotels.com. Si sono comunque prodigati loro per trovarmi un'altra quadrupla in una struttura vicina, ma il disagio è stato enorme dovendo rifare i bagagli e spostarmi in una giornata di lavoro. La camera di cui ho fruito all'hotel Marvi era però comoda e pulita, anche se molto spartana. Pecche: niente tende alle finestre; bagno minuscolo senza bidet; box doccia rotto e non riparato nonostante la mia segnalazione; porta non insonorizzata e sono stata svegliata alle 7 all'arrivo della receptionist che portava i tacchi... Colazione disastrosa: bevande acquose dalla macchinetta, niente brioches, necessità di apparecchiarsi da soli. La camera che mi è stata trovata in un'altra struttura era bella, ma senza colazione, quindi altri disagi il mattino successivo. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Great location. Within walking distance of all attractions. Property upstairs was very very noisy, and when I mentioned this to the reception staff, I was made to feel like I was bothering them. Quite unapproachable. Breakfast was quite limited, could have benefited from offering fresh fruit and brown bread. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been good.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado. No Vaticano, quase na rua do Shuttle que vem do aeroporto. É limpo, possui um preço competitivo e a atendente fala espanhol. O café da manhã é simples, porém, bastante gostoso.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Einfaches Hotel an dem es bestimmt einige Kritikpunkte gäbe. Doch es ist in einer tollen Lage. Vatikan um die Ecke, Innenstadt in Laufnähe und auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Personalausweis nett, Sauberkeit annehmbar. Mehr kann man bei diesem günstigen Preis nicht erwarten. Wer Komfort möchte, muss anderswo hin und auch dafür bezahlen

Great place, very impressed with staff. I would rate 5/5 overall. Close to everything. For continental breakfast it was great. The lady in the kitchen who also did the rooms was excellent. I would come back to this place again and would recommend also.

Cet étabmissement ressemble plus a une maison d hôtes qu à un hotel. Le personnel y edt agréable. Le confort de la chambre est succint.

Staff dedito alla Cordialità,a due passi dal centro ma con un aspetto importante ovvero lontano dai rumori fastidiosi soprattutto nelle ore serali. Una piacevole colazione dolce e salata, Qualità-Prezzo ottima Unici aspetti negativi: TV non sintonizzata sui canali e potenza acqua della doccia troppo debole.

Tæt på Vaticanet
Generalt er godt hotel til prisen. Venligt personale og fin morgenmad. Værelset er fint og har er nyrenoveret badeværelse. Området er fint med både restauranter, park og shopping. Vatikanet ligger 5 minutters gang fra hotellet. Der er gode bus muligheder til resten er Rom i nærheden.
