조식도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. SMN역에서도 많이 안멀고 두오모도 많이 멀지 않습니다. 다음에 피렌체에 간다면 여기 또 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

1. favorable receptionist 2. 3 big towel were offered in 4 night. And 1 small towel and 1 small-old towel was offered everyday. 3. Bed sheedt wasn't cleaned everyday but they made the bed.

테르미니역 5분 거리, 주변은 어수선하나 식당, 편의점 많고 호텔 거리. 호텔 여사장님이 가족처럼 편안하게 최고의 서비스, 가격대비 넓은 방과 커피포트, 헤어드라이어 있음, 아침식사도 맛있는 빵과 커피, 햄, 치즈..더블 베드인데 매트리스가 중간에 갈라져서 조금 불편.

resonable price, cozy room but.....
except for a little lack of anti-noise wall system, I didn't feel any inconvenience about room condition( hot water, remote controlled air temperature ..etc) But you should listen carefully to my dead-shockingly experience and decide whether stay or not. I reserved 3 night, double room, single use. The reason I stayed double room just by my self is I wanted to relax and take full rest at spacious room after 1night, the manager asked me to change my room for hot water maintenance construction thus I had to pack my all stuff up at night after my all-day trip. the next night when I came back to hotel, the receptionist(he is a brother of manager) gave a SINGLE ROOM key. I complaint of course. He just repeated didn't acknowledge about it, and the next morning I could talk about that problem with manager. that is my last night and there wasn’t any option to compensate my loss, you know. the explanation from manager in next morning, numerous traveler come up so they had to changed my room. she expressed sorry and gave a lunch meal box I am sure that there must be no-maintenance construction in my previous room. simply say they ruined my memory of Rome.

테르미니 역 근처이나 어둡지 않은 라인이라 밤에 이동시 위험하지 않았고, 교통이 편했음. 침대가 아주 편해서 잠을 잘 잤음. 조식은 기대보다 별로였으나 치즈가 맛있었음. 주인 아주머니까 굉장히 친절하심. 담번에 로마를 가더라도 다시 이용할 의향 100%

It was a great stay for the price. It was clean and the shower was strong with hot water. Patricia and Lilly spoke adequate English. The coffee and breakfast was really expensive so be prepared to pay extra for coffee and food when you are in Rome. Also, make sure you get different prices for your exchange for Euros while in Rome. I would recommend you to buy your EUROS in the United States to pay for the taxi etc once you arrive in Italy. We got played at FUMINCINO airport- 137 EUROS for $200 American dollars!!! Beware! We also got played by a supposed taxi. We learned that a real taxi rate from FUMINCINO to Rome should cost 50 EUROS not 65 Euros. Beware of people approaching you for rides. The taxi should have the rate posted on the door side of the taxi.

First hotel room we were put in was slightly different in appearance compared to the photo, and also a twin not double room and air conditioning and toilet dripped. However staff moved us into a nicer room when we asked. Hotel well located for the station and also bus routes into centre of Rome. Main centre also walkable from the door in around 30-45 mins. Overall good base for a few days.

Todo muy bien, lo que no me gustó es que después de las 9:00 pm ya no hay nadie de servicio en el hotel, incluso la entrada es por otro lado, me tocó junto a una persona muy ruidosa Y en las habitaciones se oye todo, no había nadie a quien comentarle o pedir que me apoyara a pedir bajar el volumen

Hôtel très agréable
Séjour agréable, le personnel est attentif, à l'écoute. L'hôtel est calme, propre, les chambres sont faites quotidiennement, avec la possibilité de ne pas changer les serviettes tous les jours si on le désire (souci de préserver l'environnement). L'hôtel est à quelques minutes de la gare Termini (navettes de et vers l'aéroport entre autres, bus, mais aussi lignes de métro). Il est facile de se rendre à pied dans la majorité des lieux à visiter, sinon le métro mène facilement plus loin.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the European Breakfast on the ground floor restaurant was excellent. While the location of the hotel was convenient for its close proximity to the train station, the room was quite small.

The flushing mechanism in the bathroom was almost falling off the wall. No instructions for the room safe. Room refrigerator was good, but unstocked. Not actually a mini-bar. Expensive for the quality we experienced. Receptionist at the front-desk was exceptional and very friendly. Made up for some of the other stuff.

We had very good stay at this hotel. Yes , it can be litter bigger room and bathroom, but it was enough to get rest after long walks in Rome. Breakfast was great and cocktails afternoon are awesome. Location is nice, close to Termini station and metro . But the best part is people who work there. Lili and Patricia are so great, they helped us with all our trip , taxi etc booking. And lovely Ladies in general

Great location to shopping, tourist sights and Termini so i could get around quite easily. Staff were quite nice. My only issue was the room is dated looking, the washroom smelled like cugarette smoke and it wasnt the most comfortable but was the same price as staying at a nicer hotel. Im not complaining because it was only one night and the convenience of it to termini so i could get to the airport on time was very valuable to me. The staff were really nice.

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The place is near the train and bus station so it’s very accessible. The only issue is that it’s a little old and in a little disrepair. It had all you needed, bed, extra blanket, safe and coffee tea in room. But over all for quick stay it was good.

Hyvällä paikalla ja huokea hinta
Terminin rautatieasemalle oli matkaa n. 300 m, joten sijainti erinomainen. Myös Via Cavour katu oli lähellä, jota pitkin helppo vaeltaa kohti nähtävyyksiä. Hotelli oli pieni ja palvelu ihan ystävällistä, mutta huoneiden siivous voisi olla parempaa. Esim. pieniä roskia löytyi lattialta ja pesuhuoneeseen ei juuri kajottu. Lakanat vaihdettiin ja roskakori tyhjennettiin, mutta pyyhkeet olivat samat muutaman päivän lomamme ajan. Muutoinkin paikat hieman rempallaan, joten huolto- tai remonttimies voisi käydä paikalla ahkerammin. Mm. wc:n pidehanan kiinnitys oli pettänyt ja hana jäi käteen kun sitä väänteli. Olimme lomalla kuumaan keskikesän aikaan ja ilmastointi toimi joten kuten. Huoneessamme oli ilmapumppu, jota ei voinut säätää (säädetty +18 C), vaan lämpötila huiteli 25-27 välissä, mutta nukkumaan kuitenkin pystyi. Joissakin huoneissa oli kuulemma automaattinen ilmanvaihto eli ei siis viilentävää ilmapumppua ja nämä huoneet olivat vieläkin lämpimämpiä. Varaukseemme kuului Hotels Comin kautta aamupala, mutta meille ilmoitettiin saapuessa, että se ei sisällykään hintaan. Emme kuitenkaan purematta tätä nielleet, vaan näytimme asiasta dokumentin ja aamupala järjestyi, joka oli ihan asiallinen. Tosin vihreyttä toivoisi aamupalaan mukaan. Sitä saa mitä tilaa, sillä hintahan oli sijaintiinsa nähden ihan ok. Ehdotonta plussaa oli kuitenkin rauhallisuus, sillä häiritsevää meteliä ei juuri ollut. Ja olihan henkilökunta palvelevaa ja ystävällistä.

io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel per 9 giorni,tra la fine di novembre e i primi di dicembre. Posso dire che il servizio è veramente buono,sempre gentili e sorridenti,pronti ad aiutarci nelle nostre esigenze. Patrizia,molto simpatica!il portiere notturno,sempre col sorriso sulle labbra a qualunque ora lo svegliassimo per rientrare. La stanza ha i servizi essenziali,un frigobar(ma vuoto),bagno con doccia ma senza bidet,l'aria condizionata purtroppo non funzionava,ma i riscaldamenti erano a palla infatti in camera si stava benissimo. Purtroppo, trovandosi praticamente alla stazione Termini,i rumori sono tanti,ma chiudendo tutto bene,si riusciva ad ammortizzare. Il letto,ahimé, scomodo,molto duro e alla francese,quindi veramente piccolo. Devo dire che non siamo riusciti a riposare bene. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo,era a buffet ma con pochissima varietà,infatti l'abbiamo fatta una sola vvolta.Qualita' rapporto prezzo,direi buona,peccato per il letto,altrimenti tornerei di sicuro.

A reggeli bőséges. Szalámi, piritós, sajtok, zsemle, péksütik, főtt tojás, stb. Kellemes és finom. A szobák tiszták, nem túl nagyon, de a célnak épp elég. Napi takarítás van. Hűtő van. Ajánlom a hotelt.
