루프탑에서 보이는 경치가 좋은 호텔
테르미니 역 앞의 국립박물관 마시모궁 바로 뒤에 있어서 아주 편리했어요. 특히 루프탑에서 보이는 경치가 좋아서 3박 내내 그곳에서 간단히 저녁식사를 했어요. 그런데 방이 좀 좁고 추웠어요.

위치가 테르미니역과 가까워 이동에 편리했다. 음료 서비스가 만족스러웠다.단 아침 조식 포함인데 남부투어 예약으로 조식을 먹지 못하여 조식 포장을 해주었는데 내용이 너무 부실하여 실망스러움.

원래 로마 3박을 이 곳에서 보낼 예정이었는데 소매치기 때문에 할 수 없이 2박하고 떠났어요ㅠㅠ 호텔은 전반적으로 위치도 좋고 깨끗하고 혼자 쓰기 딱 좋았는데 문제는 방음이 1도 안된다는 것이었어요 제가 잘 때 진짜 잘 안깨는데 바깥 복도에서 시끄러운 소리엄청 들리고 화장실에서 다른 룸이 샤워기 쓰는 소리 변기 물 내리는 소리 다 들려요..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ위치는 좋아요 테르미니역에서 진짜 딱 5분 길이 익숙해지면 3분이에요ㅎㅎ 단 테르미니역 밤에는 절대 돌아다니지 마시구요 특히 혼자 그리고 태르미니 출구 철대 친퀜테로?그 출구로 절대 나오지 마세요 찌린내 오지게 나고 노숙자도 엄청 많아요 꼭 맥도날드 쪽으로 나오세요! 잠귀가 어두우신 분께 추천드립니다ㅎㅎ 조식도 나름 괜찮아요 빵은 별로에요ㅎㅎ 엘레베이터 있는데 느려요 체크인 해주시는 분 완전 친절해요ㅎㅎ 아 물 공짜 아니에요 1.3유로 입니다 저는 밖에 나가기 무서워서 걍 마셨어요ㅎㄹ마트가면 7센트짜리 물입니다ㅎㅎ에어컨도 잘 나오구요 방음 안되는거 빼고는 다 만족입니다ㅎㅎ

로마역에서 아주 가까운 숙소.
로마 떼르미니역에서 가깝다는 이유 + 저렴한 가격 때문에 선택한 숙소입니다. 로마역에서는 정말 가까워서 역을 이용할때 편리했어요. 기본 어메니티는 제공되지만 여성 여행자라면 본인의 어메니티는 챙겨오는것이 좋을것 같아요. 슬리퍼도 준비하시는게 좋을것 같아요. 저희가 선택한 방의 샤워부스는 작아서 키가 크거나 덩치가 있는 여행자라면 미리 요청을 하는것도 좋을것같습니다. 조식은 적당했어요. 주변에 식당은 기대하지 마세요. 대부분의 역 주변 식당이 관광객을 위한 음식을 팔듯 여기도 그러합니다. 기분 필요한것은 역에 있는 마트에서 간단히 구비하셔도 좋을것같네요. 도착하자마자 연 냉장고에는 아마도 우리 전에 숙박을 했던 손님이 남긴 콜라와, 치즈가 있었고 서랍엔 스낵이 남겨져 있었어요. 직원에게 알려줬지만 콜라만 치워지고 나머지는 여행내내 남아있었어요. 아쉬운 부분이에요.

쓰레기호텔(trash). 1박 9만원이 매우 아깝다. 절대 가지 마세요. 사실에 기반해 후기남깁니다. 1. 비꼬고 화내며 하대하는 직원. 사진 속 직원에게 체크아웃하며 전날 신청한 밀박스를 '정중히' 부탁했으나 이태리어+영어로 짜증을 내고 비꼬았으며 화를냄(He looks like a racist). 또한 새벽이라 문이 잠겨있어 호텔 정문을 열어달라고 하자 미친듯이 화를내며 알아들을 수 없는 이태리어로 계속 소리침. 벌레 취급 당한 기분이었음 2. 밀박스 전날 신청했으나 받지 못함 (2번 이야기하였으나 직원이 누락시킨듯) 3. 청소상태불량. 티, 커피종류가 이미 뜯겨져있었고 커피포트 속은 전혀 청소가 되지 않아 더러운 얼룩이 묻어나옴 4. 방음x. 옆방에서 얘기하는 소리가 새벽 3시까지 또렷이 들림 절대 가지마세요. 로마에 다른 좋은 호텔들 많습니다.

떼르미니 24번 출구쪽이지만 옆 앞쪽이고 큰길 하나만 건너면 바로 뒷골목이라 가까운편 레푸블리카역이 현재 공사중이나 테르미니에서 지하철을 탈수있으므로 나쁘지 않음 시설은 생각 보다 좀 낡은편이나 룸 정리는 잘 해주는 편. 조식은 그럭저럭 다른 호텔들과 비슷한 수준. 엘리베이터 있고 방 내부에 티비도 큰 편

Estefano on the front desk was awesome excellent customer service and he helped us getting around Rome and booking tours. The place is close to termini and from there you can go anywhere in Rome in minutes

Ask for better rooms
The first room i was given was really bad that made me wonder what all reviews were about. Flooring was like unpainted wood dirty that did not want to put feet down . The window open to a dirty indoor area . However after two nights changed room n that was much better . Flooring was polished wood . Room was bigger . No glasses in room . Plastic glasses given . Ask for better rooms . Seems bad rooms given to 3rd party booked rooms

Hotel is nice BUT it is NOISY. You could hear the music BLASTING somewhere downstairs. But they do stop at 9 PM. HOWEVER, the walls are so thin that you could hear conversations, toilet flushing, taking showers, stuff like that. Should I mention about the mirror with specks from someone’s sneezed? It is really EASY to clean that mirror. USE a BLADE (LAMA) to scrape off the dried germs. I use LAMA to remove DRIED PAINT. If you don’t want to use LAMA, then use scolding hot towel or alcol to remove the dried up SALIVA. A cold, window spray would NOT remove it. It is really hard to use a mirror without having to see and think about someone’s germs. Trust me. I clean my house. Don’t you?

The hotel itself met my expectations, but my initial impression was marred by an unwelcoming staff member who seemed to exhibit a lack of professionalism and courtesy. It appeared as though his demeanor reflected dissatisfaction with his job. Additionally, the hotel's vicinity, Termini, is regrettably marred by uncleanliness, noise pollution, and a sense of insecurity. While the location was logistically convenient for my business commitments, I would advise those without specific reasons to be in the area to consider accommodations in a different neighborhood.

Not what we expected!
It was a lot smaller room than represented. Staff was not engaged and could careless about anything. It was only a 2 night stay so we tolerated. We would have probably moved to a different hotel if it had been a longer stay.

A very brief stay, but very comfortable. Conveniently located for arrival by train (including from the airport). Some very elegant public areas. And an excellent roof garden, from which splendid views to be had!

Hotel is located next to Roma Termini. So easy to get there from airport with Leonardo Express. From the Hotel you can use subway to easily get to all tourist attractions. Our stay there was optimal for a 3-day-city-visit to Roma.

We had three rooms. They were clean and comfortable! Staff was nice, breakfast was also great. Only complaint, and it may have something to do with the fact that we are in a heatwave where it is 39 degrees outside, air conditioning in one of the rooms was weak. Otherwise, great place to spend four nights in Rome!

Excellent location, beautifully appointed rooms
Beautiful hotel, very professional staff, generous breakfast. Our train to Rome was severely delayed, making us late for a cooking class. Staff efficiently took luggage so we could run off to class. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. We enjoyed the soaking tub, slippers and robes after a stressful day.

Close to main railway and bus stations, very convenient, but room is relatively small.
