Good choice for long stay in Rome
Location was perfect. Not hard to find it from Termini station. We were travelling in low season, therefore, the price was also reasonable. Would be better if the breakfast has more hot dishes.

또 가고 싶은 곳
역에서 15분 정도 떨어진 곳에 위치. 두오모에서 3~4분 거리. 오래된 건물 2층에 위치해 있고, 일반 방이었는데도 간단한 부엌, 세탁기, 다리미 등이 갖춰져있다. 방도 넓고 화장실도 넓고 만족... 웰컴 푸드로 과일 등을 주는데 기분이 좋았다.

다시 로마에 간 다면 다른 호텔에 묵을것임. 테르미니역과 가까워 공항에 돌아갈 때 편하다는 점 외에는 그다지 장점이 없는 호텔

장단점이 있는 호텔!
직원들 전부 친절하고 에어컨도 빵빵하고 좋고 조식도 맛있습니다. 그리고 근처 한식당도 찾아보면 몇개 있고 테르미니역에 COOP라고 대형 마트 있어서 거기서 생필품 사면 매우 저렴합니다. 하지만 (대부분 유럽 호텔들이 그러하지만) 엘레베이터가 굉장히 작아서 4명 들어가면 만원입니다.... 그리고 객실에 따라 같은 가격이여도 어떤방은 욕조가 있고 어떤방은 더 넓고 그러합니다. 이건 복불복인듯해요~!

Es un hotel con habitaciones muy pequeñas pero ideal si solo es para dormir. Tiene lo necesario y está a pocos minutos de la terminal a pie. El personal del hotel es amable y hablan español.

I would save my puke on something else, this is so bad that it is unpukeable. Cannot imagine who gave this a 4star rating. There is paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, flooring is distorted due to water damage. Bed and blanket covers were dusty. The room had strong smell of cigarette smoke. The tiles in the common areas were all cracked and seemed like we were in a real historic Rome building to give us the experience. Walls were thin and we could hear someone coughing all through the night. Street noise, especially during the night was super audible. Wonder what the rating system even means with all these issues.

This is at best a 2* hotel. The room is pretty old with peeled off wall paper and chipped paint. The walls are paper thin as I was hearing every person who flushed a toilet in the rooms on top or next to mine, not to mentioned anyone opening or closing doors. Breakfast is fine but not that good. 2 redeeming qualities are the good staff and the proximity to Roma Termini. I would not go back there nor would I recommend it.

Shockingly old & unkept. Not impressed with the disgusting wallpaper that's peeling away, damaged walls and not even a coffee machine. Expensive but beyond ordinary. Staff were great!

a 3 days weekday getaway in Italy, ok stay here
The hotel has some issues on hardware that makes it hard to believe it is 4 star. We had noise problems and broken socket (and TV wire broken). However, the services provided by the staffs and managers are excellent. I would hope they upgrade the hardware soon (probably 2 stars), but with excellent services and reasonable Italian breakfast, the overall is 3 starts. It is also very close to the main station.

The room was very spacious but was a little worn down. There isn’t much in the local area so be prepared for a lot of walking or paying for a taxi to get to the main areas in Rome. Overall it was an okay stay.

Service was excellent, breakfast buffet had a variety, walking distance to Leaning Tower of Pisa and safe. Only no elevator and we were in the Attic room but help given to carry your lugguage.

The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The room was tiny, but had all I needed and they provide a complete free breakfast.

Nice Hotel
This hotel was pretty and had the best breakfast of our stay in Italy of 2 weeks. The rooms were fine and I even had room on the sink to place my things without them falling into the sink. This hotel had charm but still felt spacious. It overlooks a street in Rome. The front desk staff were helpful and nice. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out for free while we continued to tour the city. This hotel was a good walking distance from some of the main sites to see so be ready to walk.

We loved the Villa Franca, stayed 3 nights, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the location is perfect, close to Termini Station, close to the metro, really good restaurants near by, pharmacy is one block away, there’s a grocery store one block away. Next time we are in Rome, we would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich, Lage des Hauses zentral zu den Öffis, Zimmersauberkeit sehr gut. Frühstück in Ordnung. Gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Rombesichtigung.

This Stay Was Not One I Would Repeat
This booking did not impress as a 4 star hotel by any stretch. Very dated, very basic. A 3-star rating in our opinion, would be more accurate. It was clear a lot of updates done on what is an old hotel. Still, our room was not impressive & lacked a 4-star level of comfort. The bed was not comfortable. Things like a coffee maker, kettle, face cloth were available but had to be requested thru the front desk. Although there appeared to be a number of English-speaking clients, no English channels were offered on the television, which would have been nice. Breakfast offerings were self-serve and certainly adequate. We walked the area in which it was located. There was broken glass and garbage on the sidewalks, which is in no way a reflection of this hotel but certainly something to be aware of when booking
