Das Frühstück konnte zugebucht werden und wurde beim Bäcker gegenüber eingenommen. das war praktisch. Außerdem stand im Flur ein kostenloser Kaffee-/Teeautomat zur Verfügung. Das war echt klasse. Zur Metro nur 2 Gehminuten. Perfekt.

Très belle chambre. Très propre. A côté d’une station de métro. Plusieurs restaurants et épicerie à proximité. Un peu à l’extérieur des points d’intérêts de Rome mais permet de découvrir d’autres quartiers. Je recommande.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla per un weekend. Posizione della struttura ottima, in quanto, situata a pochissimi metri (all'incirca 10) dalla metro che consente spostamenti per la città in maniera efficiente. La camera è stata trovata pulitissima e dotata dei comfort elementari. Giordano, il proprietario, si è dimostrato disponibile fornendoci le informazioni necessarie per effettuare il check-in anche in tarda serata. Consigliatissimo

Perseo B&b è una struttura ben gestita molto pulita e in una zona strategica per visitare Roma. Inoltre il proprietario è gentile e dispinibile. Consigliatissimo!

the property is located in a less touristy area so it's nice and quiet, and definitely great for eating at local restaurants. It's also walking distance to Vatican museum so we were able to get there early to line up for tickets. We booked a quadruple room which has a fridge. The only downside is that the bathroom and shower stall is b it tight.

This is an excellent local for the Vatican Museums. It is also about 1 1/2 blocks from Cipro Metro station. Giordano Was very friendly and helpful. The property is an apartment on the 5th floor that has been converted to several suites with no common area other than the entrance hall. There is an elevator. Note that on the buzzer block next to the door, there is a buzzer marked Perseo. Buzz that and he will let you in if he is there. There are only 3 slight complaints. No one in Italy seems to use face clothes, just towels. BYO. The shower door when slid open was rather narrow. I am not slim, but I am not that plump either and I had to breathe in to squeeze through. The other “problem” is that the toilets are the kind with the water tank way up high on the wall. For some reason the tank for the neighboring suite was in my bathroom. It was rather noisy when the other occupants would flush in the middle of the night. Even so, with all the pluses, if I go back to Rome, I would definitely stay there again.

Great service, great host, great location. Loved the rooms with the AC and private bathroom. The location is just 2 mins from the metro station and is surrounded by supermarkets (including a 24/7), and great bakeries and charcuterie. The host was incredible. He accommodated us leaving us bags there for another 12 hours as we were taking the night train the day of our check out, which was very generous.

La ubicación es muy buena estás a unos pasos del metro y esa línea te lleva a casi todas la atracciones de Roma y caminando llegas al vaticano , está a solo una estación de metro, el desayuno te lo dan en una cafetería típica siciliana en la calle de enfrente con una estupenda atención , lo único que no me gusto fue que en el departamento se oía mucho ruido de bomba de agua en la noche , el lugar es limpio , seguro , con muchos negocios al rededor , un barrio típico italiano

Ottima la posizione centrale, vicino al Vaticano. Comoda anche la fermata della metro. Purtroppo zona parecchio trafficata e rumorosa. Carina la camera e spaziosa ma bagno al limite degli spazi..e senza bidet😕

Good stay.
We had a great stay at Preseo B&B, the owner was really nice and accommodating to us. He helped us with our shuttle to and from the airport with ease. The breakfast across the street was good and the coffee was great, the owner of that shop was really friendly. The Preseo is close to the Vatican, about 10-15 minute walk. Everything else was kind of far, between 30-60 minute walk. But if you do not mind walking like I did it wasn't so bad. The local restaurants to eat around the Preseo were good also, there is a organic pizza place right across the street that was magnificent. The only downside was that the area is not in the cleanest part of the city, much like NYC when you leave central NYC. Other than that, this place is worth the money if you are trying to do a budget trip like I did. Thank you.

Great week at Rome
Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was very good air conditioning which was really nice because there was so hot out side. Location was great, near at Cipro metro station so it was easy to go everywhere. The neighbourhood was also great, lot of small cafes and restaurants. The host Giordano was also very nice person. I would totally recommend Perseo to everyone who is going to Rome.

Localizado muy cerca de la estación de metro cipro! La limpieza en general fue correcta, pero el último día y cuando ya nos íbamos ni papel higiénico nos dejaron! Las toallas las cambian cada dos dias! En la medida en que el vuelo salía a las 19 pm le pedimos al dueño para dejar nuestras maletas en un lugar custodiado o cerrado y nos dijo que para ello fuéramos a la estación termini o en su defecto que las dejáramos en un pasillo (común a las restantes habitaciones). Razón por la cual decidimos irnos a las 11 am al aeropuerto! En ese sentido no son muy atentos ni comprensivos con el turista!

Estimado cliente, le agradezco que haya elegido nuestro B&B para su estancia en Roma. Desde que abrimos, dejamos a nuestros clientes con su equipaje debajo de la mesa de recepción, que obviamente es gratis y se mantiene bajo vigilancia, por lo que no entiendo por qué escribió esto. como algo malo, también las toallas se cambian cada 2 días en un B & B, creo que es un excelente servicio y no es algo malo (es el mismo servicio que ofrece un hotel de 4 estrellas a un precio mucho más alto) en cuanto al papel higiénico. simplemente tenía que avisarme y te habría tomado en unos minutos para que se produjera un descuido. We had two rooms, one was with balkony. Both were clean, big and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location of the hotel is really great. All the sightseens are very convienient to reach. The only disadvantage is that it is very noisy. For those who do not mind the noise it is a perfect place to stay.

Perfekt til vores behov.
Perseo B&B ligger helt fantastisk i forhold til metro og tog, så at komme derud var ingen sag. Det ligger også kun 10 minutter gang fra Vatikanet, og 20 minutters gang fra nærmeste hop on-hop off bus. Vi blev taget godt imod af venligt personale og vores ophold har alt i alt ret fantastisk. Det eneste minus er dog at stedet er lidt svært at finde fra gaden af, det tog lige 5 minutter.

Отель находится в районе Ватикана, совсем не далеко от метро. Район считается спальным, но наши окна выходили как раз на проезжую часть. Очень слышно было проезжающие машины ( даже при закрытых окнах.). Но мы так сильно уставали за весь день, что засыпали быстро и в принципе нас шум не сильно беспокоил. В отеле очень чисто, вкусно пахнет. Wi fi работает хорошо. Номер у нас был на троих. Удобная система выселения. Мы просто оставили ключи, захлопнули дверь и уехали. Единственный минус - это подушки))) Они очень не удобные. Рекомендовала бы хозяевам их поменять на более мягкие и низкие. В остальном все окей.

Das Hotel ist eine scheinbar umgebaute Wohnung, welche in 4 Zimmer umfunktioniert wurde. Von der Straße aus nicht zu erkennen, da ein Türschild nicht vorhanden war. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein, ebenso die Dusche. Das Zimmer verfügte über ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung etc. Im Schrank war eine Geldkasette im Schrank integriert, welche als Safe fungierte und abgeschlossen werden konnte. Die Lage selbst war gut, da die Metrostation Cipro nur ca 150m entfernt war. Was mich persönlich jedoch störte ist das die Heizung nachts aufgehört hat zu heizen und wir zwei von vier Nächten dadurch wachgeworden sind. Preisleistung soweit gut, was sicherlich an dem Reisezeitraum Ende Januar 2019 lag

The place is well located, about 20 minutes walk to the Vatican and 10 minutes from Metro stop. Arrangements for breakfast across the street were good. Only inconvenient was that the owner does not live in the same building and we had to wait about 20 minutes standing on the street with our suitcases. The owner sent me a message by email asking for my arrival time at the airport or train station. However as I was arriving by car I did not have access to Wifi and never received his message until after I checked in. As I did not have phone connection either I needed to go to the hair dresser next door to ask him if I can use his phone. He was nice enough to make the call and talk to the B&B owner who said he was going to be there within 15 minutes. Once we got to the room, all was well and the owner provide a map of Rome.
