Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Late-checkin hat gut funktioniert und das Bett war unerwartet bequem. Ansonsten können wir leider nichts Positives berichten. Das Zimmer war extrem (!) dreckig, lieblos eingerichtet, sehr dunkel und extremst hellhörig. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit einem Wahnsinns-Blick über Rom, jedoch ist auch diese völlig verdreckt. Sehr schade, das Hotel hätte Potenzial. Der günstige Preis lässt zwar einiges verzeihen, jedoch würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und auch selbst kein zweites Mal buchen!

Absolutely TERRIBLE place. There has been constant inconveniences after another. Initial address provided was incorrect as to where the lobby was. The receptionist was very hard to get in touch with over the phone or by email (even Expedia agent said they had a hard time) (they also hung up on the phone on us and the Expedia agent). They made us go up and down the street looking for where the check-in lobby was, which was not easy to find. Eventually we went back to the address listed only to be picked up by someone (don’t know if he works there) only for him to bring us to where the lobby was which was a few minutes away from the address provided. When being brought to our room (the address provided) we were told we would have to relocate rooms the next day. The receptionist wouldn’t give a clear reason as to why that is, and we had to reorganize our plans in order to accommodate this (pack and leave our bags with the room key in the room) the next day. We started our day much earlier, at 9am when they opened we talked to them when we are to come back to move our stuff to the next room. When we came back at that time the room was not even ready and now we are back to our old room waiting for the cleaner to finish up. We asked if we could just keep our original room and we are told that we COULD NOT, and had to wait to move to the new room. This whole experience has definitely ruined our time in Rome. We later found out this was all due to overbooking.

Ligging van het hotel is ideaal. Alles is op loopafstand te doen. Toplocatie! Hotel zelf erg slecht. Het lijkt niet eens op de foto’s van de boeking..

We arrived after opening hours, no reception. Creepy and scary.. we swiched hotel the next day. No windows at the room, felt more like a hostel.

Man sollte sich bewusst sein in keine 4 Sterne Unterkunft zu kommen. Aber die Lage , der Preis und der Charme war es uns wert und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir buchten ein Trippleroom die eindeutig in der Beschreibung anders aussahen und woanders lagen. Sie stellten somit ein Bett in das kleine Zimmer was zur Via Coronari (historische Straße) rausging. Es ist teil einer Wohnung im ersten Stock mit Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit Küche aber jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Größe war wunderbar und auch das Bad. Die trubelige Strasse hatte etwas und manchmal saßen wir sogar und schauten dem Treiben zu. Nervig ist nur wenn morgens um 4 die Müllabfuhr kommt. Im dritten Stock des Wohnhauses ist dann die nächste Wohnung mit Rezeption die unbesetzt ist und der Treppe hinauf auf die wunderbare Dachterrasse. Alles etwas schrabbelig aber mit Charme.

Charming guest house, a heritage building. Love the location close to Piazza Navona and the Ponte, close to everywhere! The rioni in itself, felt like you're in Italy! If you like that dolce vita feel. Lovely everywhere! Relais Arco della Pace gave us the Studio on the ground floor. It was big with two bathrooms. Room has no windows though but toilet has, which is weird. Keys are outdated. Too many and heavy for carry around. They clean everyday replace fresh towels made in Greece. I like the place the only comment I have is that, there's a moldy smell and curtain sort of dusty. I have allergies so, I wear mask each time am inside the room. For some reason, taxi and uber are confused in the area.

Emplacement central. Logement spacieux. Au RDC sur rue très mal insonorisé : très bruyant de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur. Literie en très mauvais état (lattes manquantes dans le sommier!)

Fantastic location, was one of the quietest rooms I have stayed in Italy. From Milan, Florence to Rome. The bed was comfortable, but had significant dips of other peoples bodies. So it was uncomfortable to sleep in at night. Also, we could not figure out the radiator so the temperature was warm, but we just open the windows. The staff was very friendly and communicated clearly about parking and procedures for check in check out. The view from the terrace is amazing at night!

While our overall stay was pleasant enough, the property left much to be desired. I don’t know how it could be rated 4 stars by a reputable service like Expedia unless they don’t follow up very often. The room had a foul odor coming out of the downstairs bathroom, the upstairs one had a leak and the hot water would not last for everyone to shower. The building was safe enough but very noisy on some nights. The lights would not work properly either in the bathroom until the proprietor fixed it. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken and we had to crouch down to use it. The towels were not very good. I know these are all nitpicky details but they all added up in the end.

Estuvimos 15 días, nunca hubo nadie en el mostrador por cualquier eventualidad que ocurriera, En todo este tiempo nunca nos cambiaron la ropa de cama, aunque lo pedimos,el colchón de la cama pésimo para arruinarte la columna,la entrada es muy sucia, tienen una alfombra que deja mucho que desear, hay mucho polvo en las habitaciones , no es una buena limpieza la que se hace en ellas, hay olor a suciedad y humedad en todo el hotel

Great little place not far from so many attractions. Trevi fountian piazza navano spanish steps pantheon all easily walkable and ahort taxis to coliseum il vittorriano the roman forum ruins palpatine hill. There is literally food everywhere and a castle lokcs away right close to the vatican as well.

It was OK, just ok. the first thing I did was grab the door handle and I came off in my hand, an omen for the hotel. The shower was absolutely minuscule and as the hose was fixed to the centre of a corner shower, you had even less room than that. Every time you touched it, something new fell off too. The room felt dirty, long black hair scattered about and was overall just a bit grimy. Comfy bed but could have used with a couple of extra pillows. View looked out onto the lift shaft and water tank, saying this, the location was very central for our trip to Rome so that was definitely a plus. To get to the apartment, you have to go through a very long building and up either lots of steps, or a very shaky lift. There are some lovely bars/ shops very close by too, we would always go the the same bar for pre drinks about 3 mins away. The main thing that annoyed us however was the morning of departure, the hotel advertised that checkout was 10am. We had the cleaners repeatedly trying to open our door at 9:30am despite telling them “10mins!” and proceeded to congregate outside our door. This made for a stressful/ rushed departure. All in all, for what I paid it was ok. Not the most horrific place I’ve ever stayed but definitely not the best. It was for 2 nights and we barely spent any time in there, maybe on purpose….

Som altid rigtig fint.
Som altid, et dejligt ophold. Det var vores 5 gang på dette sted og det virker fint. Om end det er ved at blive lidt slidt. Der er dog altid rent og pænt. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme.

The check in is about a half a block from the hotel. A cleaning person called the person to come get us for check in and we waited approximately 5-6 minutes for him. I would not recommend this place

The room didn't at all match our expectations. It was not any of the double rooms shown in the pictures and didn't look anything like them. Room was very poorly ventilated with damp/moldy smell.

Ska ni bara ha en säng och ett litet badrum är det allt ni behöver. Läget är fantastikt. Gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Det är inget hotel, bara rum av olika kvalitet. Bilderna på rummen som ligger på sajten ljuger rätt bra. Men som sagt, ska ni bara en säng, toa och dusch så funkar det. Just ja, de har ingen reception utan den ligger 150m längre bort, öppen mellan 09.00 - 17.00.

Hotel bad. I never return
The room did not have enough ventilation, it had a shared kitchen and this was not communicated before, pillows were missing, the entrance and elevator areas were dirty, pigeon feces and pigeon feathers were never cleaned, I do not recommend staying with this hotel

Lille værelse - meget centralt
Vil man bo centralt i Rom, kommer man nok ikke tættere på. Både værelse og badeværelse var til den lille side og der var en del støj fra gaden også om natten.

Home from home in Roma
Great location and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Fridge and hob worked with air co in both rooms two showers Would stay here again no problem Had to adjust dates close to arrival day and hotel allowed me to do that without penalty I used it for my base while attending Ryder Cup and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome

Outstanding view from the upper deck but...
The upstairs decks have an outstanding view over the rooftops of Rome and the location is perfect for sightseeing the major spots. However, it just isn't that comfortable of a place. Our room was an attic conversion and even though it was a large space, about 2/3 of it is not usable because the ceiling height is so low. There aren't any windows, just 2 small skylights in the ceiling. The stairs are steep getting up to the room and the last few steps are up a treacherous circular staircase. The bathroom is awkward. The price seemed very high but it was on the lower end of prices in Rome so it just may be that Rome hotels are very expensive. We loved watching the sun rise each morning and the sun set each evening. That alone kept this from being lower rated. But overall, it just wasn't that comfortable of a stay.

Central beliggenhed.
Det var lidt specielt at finde værelset. Kode til yderdør, elevator i en kælder der var ret forfalden, op til 5. sal. Ny kode til en slags reception. Her lå kuvert med nøgler til en slags lejlighed med flere værelser. Ned til 1. sal ind ad ny dør , gennem gang og køkken. stue og så hen til selve døren til vores værelse , der rent og pænt med oænt badeværelse. Dagl. Rengøring med nye håndklæder.

This place was aweful, there was a very strong smell of something toxic and it made me very sick. We only stayed the first night as we arrived so late at night. Switched to a hotel the very next day. They said they wud only charge for one night, but I paid in full up front and never got a refund.

The room was clean, fresh towels daily and bed made. Nice roof terrace. However, there was no window in our room, which was not mentioned in the advertisement and no iron. The area is great, close to metro, taxis, most attractions are within a 30 min walking distance and/or cheap scooter ride.

El alojamiento está en un lugar perfecto para visitar muchos monumentos y el Vaticano. Además, las terrazas tienen unas vistas excelentes y están bien cuidadas. La única pega es que el edificio es antiguo y a veces las cañerías desprenden mal olor, mejor dejar puesto el extractor del baño todo el día. Pese a esto, cuando vuelva a Roma repetiré alojamiento

No fue una buena experiencia, llegar a un lugar a hacer el check in, en un cuarto adaptado como recepción y que nos dijeran que nuestro cuarto estaba en otro edificio a dos cuadras. El personal muy amable, nos llevó las maletas. El edificio está en una calle muy sucia y para llegar al elevador pasa uno por un pasillo. con pasto artificial muy sucio donde los vecinos pone la basura, el elevador MUY caliente. El cuarto y baño bien de muy buen tamaño, remodelado, buenos espacios, no buen colchón, ya con mucho uso.

Front desk service good, so kind and friendly. Housekeeping personnel were great and professional. Location is amazing, very close to restaurants, shops, places to visit. It was a great experience and 100% recommended.
