Dear Mrs. Cipriano,Thank you for spending some time sharing your review.We find it a little bit surprising reading your words. We do not exactly understand what you mean by writing “ You need a key to lock your door when you are inside” and we feel a little embarrassed about having to answer that the reason why you experienced key problems is that you tried to enter another guest house.Of course we apologise if at check-in we have not been able to adequately explain how to access your room. We always show all guests the simple 4 digit access code to the main door downstairs and we personally accompany them to their rooms showing how to use the keys. That is the reason why we were surprised when you called the emergency phone number. Reception was closed however our staff promptly came back to the Relais in order to provide you assistance and they found you trying to use your keys to access another guest house located in the same building. We regret that our instructions have been misunderstood and we will take your case as an example to improve communication with guests.Best RegardsRelais Bocca di Leone

Desolé que vous n'avez pas apprécié l'ampleur de la chambre, qui de toute façon,est au-dessus la moyenne par rapport aux standards européens. Gentile Cliente, ci rincresce constatare come i nostri sforzi per garantire il distanziamento sociale e dunque nel rispettare le attuali normative del governo, dovute ad una pandemia in corso in tutto il paese, possano essere visti come un punto negativo. Come anticipato prima ancora del vostro arrivo le procedure di check-in, check-out e conseguente consegna dei documenti validi sarebbero state gestite da remoto e dunque tramite whatsapp, il servizio di pulizia come anche qui anticipato viene effettuato solo al check-out per garantirvi la massima sicurezza all'interno della vostra camera. Fortunatamente, le vostre considerazioni, non hanno seguito dal resto della clientela che comprendono a pieno la nostra posizione e dunque premiano il nostro servizio con recensioni nella maggior parte eccellenti.
