우리는 호텔이 아닌 작고 저렴한 게스트 하우스 일뿐입니다. 우리가 우려하는 한 당신은 도착 시간을 알리지 않고 이미 운이 좋았습니다! 시간을 제공하기 위해 쓰여졌다면 그것은 우리가 24시간 상주하지 않는 작은 장소이기 때문이며 예고 없이 도착하는 것은 큰 무례의 표시입니다!!!

Y lo repetimos sin problema: “si te hubieran enseñado a respetar el trabajo de los demás, las cosas habrían sido diferentes”.Dado que solo somos un simple guesthouse , tan pronto como realice la reserva deberá ponerse en contacto con la propiedad y acordar la hora de entrada, que deberá realizarse " antes de las 23:00 h " .Alternativamente, puedes reservar un hotel real ,al triple del precio, donde la recepción está presente las 24 horas.

1) on the reservation Is indicate adress , and an employe was there to wait your arrival at time we Accord with you , so what instruction you Need ??!!2) nowhere in the page Is indicate we have aircon , but Is clear indicate there Is a fan , Just ready when you reserve 3) if you Need another pillow , or another 2 or 3 Just ask Is not a problem ( but Is more nice to don't for have opportunity to write bad for you )4) in the bathroom there Is a small cabinet where Is toilet paper , the day you check out inside there Was a new roll ( Just open It )5) one secret , Windows can be close , in that way nobody see you from outsideIn conclusion , we are in center of Rome , 10 minutes walking from Colosseo you cannot think to spend same Money like "on third world countries" as you said ,and have comfort like in a hotel , next time choose real hotel , spend triple of the ammount and you Will be satisfy ...

Purtroppo esistono ancora questi "personaggi" , vogliono stare nel centro di Roma a due passi dal Colosseo , ma non hanno le possibilità economiche per pernottare in un vero hotel nella nostra zona,così prenotano una piccola guesthouse a meno della metà del prezzo per poi rimanere delusi e offendere chi lavora ..

Yes right , but "you choose" to save Money and reserve a guesthouse instead a real hotel , in Italy we Say : " you want to have wife drunk but bottle still full " , in restaurant in front did the same , want to eat but ask for a big discount instead go to supermarket if you don't have enough Money ...

Incredible, this Is the story complete , After this guests reserved we send many and many e-mails to know their arrival time , but we never got an answer , the day of arrival they come Just close to finish of check in time , and after waiting all day we ask why they never respond , answer was : we don't know to enter in the reservation and see messages ( but now they enter to put bad valutation ) Than today when It was check out , happened the incredibile , they leave in their room luggage of around 10 person ( Friends they had in the city we suppose ) lock the Door and go with Key without checking out , to come back than at around 12:00 to take everything ( check out Is at 10:30 ) , of course that situation make the employe became angry and there was a big discussion , now what we will do Is advise the agency about what happened and ask to penalize them for the situation

We never had costumer so not respectful , when you reserve room shared bath is good education to considerate other people also use that bathroom , every day was in terrible condition , every time this guest used it (Fortunately other guest understand when we apologized and explain the situation ), cannot immagine how is in his house ....
