방음만 잘되었다면.
로마 중심부에 위치해있는 5성급 부티크 호텔입니다. 생각보다 방음에 취약합니다. 밖에서 소음이 너무 들어와서 아내가 조금 힘들어 했습니다. 1층 식당 소음때문에 힘들단 후기 보고 룸 업그레이드 해서 윗층 방에서 숙박 했지만, 밖에서 새벽 2시 3시까지 노상까는데 창문은 옛날 창문 그대로라 소리가 그대로 다 들어왔습니다... 정말 방음은 최악입니다. 다른 시설들은 럭셔리 한 편에 속하지만. 한국 관광객 분들에게 얼마나 럭셔리 하게 느껴질 지는 모르겠습니다. 직원들도 다 친절하고 좋습니다. 조식도 괜찮은편이구요 콜로세움, 스페인광장, 트레비 분수, 다 걸어서 이동 가능합니다. 방음만 제외하면 뭐 그럭저럭 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 5성급이라고하나.. 잘 모르겠네요.

콜로세움 트래비분수와 가까이 있어 로마 주요 관광지를 걸어다니기 좋은 위치. 아침 뷔페에 1인당 1개의 Hot dish를 주문하고 뷔페를 이용할수 있음. 편안하고 깨끗하며 친절한 좋은 호텔임

We had an excellent stay. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It was a little noisy from the street but it really didn’t bother us much. I would definitely stay here again. You can walk to all the sights and to the all the great shops and restaurants that the Monti neighborhood had to offer.

The hotel staff was so helpful and welcoming during our three day stay in Rome. The bed and pillows slept so well. The hotel room had a great view of a Roman church with windows that completely open for fresh air. The hotel breakfast was hands down one of the Best I’ve ever had in Europe. I would highly recommend staying at Roma Luxus Hotel!

Lo único que agregaría es que falta espacio en los baños como algunas repisas o tocador más amplio. Por lo demás es excelente. La cama es demasiado cómoda.

We wanted so much to like this property. The location was great and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. There were just a few things that made the experience a little unnerving. First off we had a few weird experiences with people trying to enter our room. The room does not have a deadbolt or way to lock it from the inside, and does not have a "do not disturb" sign. One day we were getting out of the shower and changing and someone knocked, and before we could answer, immediately began entering the room. I had to scream stop before the opened the door and found us in our birthday suits! We also had people trying to drop off room service we didn't order, and issues with fire alarms going off in the hallway.

The hotel is nice, clean and close in proximity to a lot of tourist spots in Rome. Overall very good. The driver associated with the hotel on the other hand is awful. Reckless driver, texts while driving very fast and scammed us out of more money upon arriving at our destination.

Horrible, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, total disaster, I had to leave the first night because I couldn't sleep with the poor condition of the room and the heat because the AC doesn't work in the whole building

This is FARRRR away from 5 star property. Maybe during Rome Empire not now. Friendly staff but peppery is dirty and bathroom mold. As soon as we checked in we told them we w stay only 1 night to cancel the rest do to give circumstances and they still have not issued a refund even tho I notified them day on time. I am still waiting for my refund and looks like I will have to dispute. At the check out following morning was different staff that blamed new management and system doesn’t let them issue refund right a way but they will process it but it NEVER HAPPENED. This is a 3 star hotel but far away from 5

Gwen and the other girls were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful..the continental breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely attentive..Julia was the best barista ever making the coffee to perfection!

Quiero agradecer al personal del hotel que es muy muy amable e hizo que mi estancia fuera muy agradable , la ubicación es muy buena , todo queda caminando , pero este hotel no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, no tiene condiciones y servicios de un hotel de 5 estrellas , las camas están bien , pero les falta mucho para tener una calificación de 5 estrellas , yo le doy maximo 4 ,el primer día nos toco un cuarto muy malo, obscuro y ruidoso , junto a un elevador que cada vez que entra y sale gente suena muy fuerte , lo deberían arreglar, lo bueno es que gracias a la señorita de la recepción , nos cambiaron a uno muy bonito y estuvimos muy contentos .

Myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay here - the staff were polite, professional and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from. Our bed sheets and towels were changed daily. Close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Novona and The Pantheon; it’s very central so a great location. If I was to visit Rome again, I would definitely stay here.

Nice stay!
Lovely hotel, great service. However, the air conditioner barely worked for the few nights we spent. Unfortunate because the stay would have been perfect otherwise.

The location of this property was AMAZING!!! Right in the middle of so many historical sights! Staff was accommodating and kind, and they speak English which was a HUGE plus if your from the Unites States and don't speak a lick of Italian. Only compliant was the bathroom had a lot of black mold around the tile which is concerning for anyone in general let alone anyone with health issues. It was a clean bathroom just mold.

This is a three star hotel, especially if you get a bad room. I wouldn’t say its well maintained. The staff try to make the most of it. I would not recommend the “Italian” breakfast, but if you just ask for what you want, its nice. This isn’t the hotel you read about in a review from a few years back!! Great location tho.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! It is the perfect walking distance to just about everything from sight seeing to dining and the staff was incredible!

Elegimos este hotel para una semana de negocios, pensando en que fuera ya del horario laboral, nos permitiera conocer los alrededores y caminar las distancias cómodamente. En ese sentido fue una excelente elección. El tamaño de la habitación es confortable aunque la distribución un poco extraña, los ruidos del exterior ingresan a la habitación afectando el descanso por la noche y madrugada. El baño espectacular. La atención del personal puede mejorar para hacer más agradable la experiencia. Por el precio y la categoría, de pronto en una siguiente visita, probaremos otra alternativa.

Fantastic location and the 2 bedroom family suite was amazing - so much space!!! Only downside is the breakfast- we paid extra For it and the photos looked amazing. But we couldn’t do the buffet due to COVID which was fine but we ordered poached eggs and waited and waited. Then they told us they couldn’t do poached eggs (???) but they could do scrambled. We said fine and waited some more. After an hour (!), we said we had to go as we only had a few hours in Rome. They said fine but no apology or refund. So we paid a lot of money for a coffee and water and a bit of fruit....and a waste of an hour. What kind of hotel can’t manage eggs??!!!

Buon soggiorno.
L’hotel è in una posizione perfetta e il personale gentilissimo. L’albergo è più un 4 stelle che un 5 come zona hall e non trovo di gusto o corridoi. Le camere sono confortevoli e carine. Ma per il prezzo pagato devo dire che la valutazione complessiva è più che positiva.
