Las instrucciones para entrar estaban muy claras y funcionó a la perfección. Lleguemos de madrugada y pudimos entrar sin problemas. El apartamento es amplio y limpio aunque es antiguo. El sofà/cama ya estava montado y con sus sábanas puestas. Tele en la sala y otra en la habitación (aunque no las usemos). Al día siguiente vinieron a limpiar y hacer la cama. La chica de recepción muy amable. Es muy céntrico y puedes ir andando a ver la mayoría de monumentos. Lo único que me faltó es un microondas para el desayuno. Recomiendo este apartamento totalmente . Si volvemos a Roma repetiremos alojamiento.

it is very convenient, the property itself is with walkable distance to the Colosseum. If needed, it is right above the Metro station, which runs a very frequent service.

There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms above and next to our room as well as a noise from outside near the Metro entrance. The room size was very good and the bathroom has plenty of hot water.

Αρκετά καλό ξενοδοχείο .
Το δωμάτιο το οποίο νοικιάσαμε ήταν μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο για οικογένεια. Ήταν ζεστό και με θέα στον κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης. Τα κρεβάτια μεγάλα και άνετα. Είχε σκεύη για μαγείρεμα καθώς και μάτια κουζίνας. Ήταν ακριβώς πάνω απο το μέτρο. Το βράδυ ακουγόταν ο θόρυβο του τρένου αλλά βολεύει πολύ στις μεταφορές.

Warning to those reserving Unit 108. This unit is in bad shape, esp. lots of mold in the shower and below the window in the bedroom. The faucet in the kitchenette is not properly fixed to the counter. The fridge smells. No North American essential appliances like microwave oven and toaster and coffee maker. Otherwise, perfect day to day cleaning, a metro station on the doorstep (2 stations away from Termini, the main transportation hub), walking distance to Colosseum. The pictures in the advertising do not show the tags (graffiti) on the entry door to the hotel either…

Staff was very friendly at this property but the condition was not great. The place was generally clean, but pretty old and run down. We rented 3 rooms, and there were missing soap dispsensers for the shower, missing blankets for the room (where they also ran out of spare ones too), broken faucets, pretty worn sofa pullouts, just to name a few issues. I wasn't expecting much, but you're definitely getting the bare minimum. It's fine for a quick overnight stay, but I don't plan on renting this place again if I come back.

Great location with a metro stop in front!
This is a no frills hotel, with a great location next to a metro stop. It is walking distance from Roma Termini, about 20 minutes with luggage. The room is made up daily with fresh towels, the shower was small, though, and hard to get a good seal on the doors - which made for a wet floor. Our room didn’t have a dresser, so for our 2-night, 3-day stay, we opened our luggage on the floor to use as a dresser. We were given daily coupons for the Snack Bar across the street, which made a lovely coffee and fresh filled croissants. We were also given an apple, which was a great snack between meals! Location was perfect, room was just for sleeping and taking a refreshing shower. The snack bar for breakfast was more than adequate for take away since our goal was to see as much of the city as possible!

Ok for the price but very basic
Building from the outside looks quite dodgy - graffiti all over the door and not the best area 😬 room was comfy and spacious, nice beds and pillows. However things like the bathroom was pretty manky (dirty grouting etc) and sink tap was loose, plus lots of ants in the kitchen area 😬 Easy to get in and out though and not a bad location for the price but I wouldn’t wander about at night!

Firstly, Resort is a misnomer. I would call this more a hostel/hotel. Our room has a queen and sofa bed for 4. The bathroom was mouldy in the shower. The room and bathroom needed a good paint and clean. However, The location on Line A of metro is very convenientand this worked really well for us.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights. The hotel is located near one an exit of Manzoni Metro Station. It is walking distance to some of the tourist sites. There is a Carrefour supermarket, delicatessen and other shops nearby. I can recommend the Machete barber! The entrance door is difficult to find. It is covered in graffiti and has a panel falling off. The desk staff were abrupt, almost rude and very unhelpful. E.g. there were a number of issues with our rooms and the staff would not take action but referred us their back office. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning coped with the hot weather. There were several maintenance items: bed lamp falling out of the fitting (safety?), tap above the “kitchen” sink was loose, a chair was broken etc. Most annoying the curtain in the bedroom had come off its railing and could not be closed, letting in light all night. This was a 3 min job with a ladder – but was not fixed during our stay. There was a smell in the room which we put down to the bidet. We ran water down this for a few minutes each day and it seemed to fix the problem. We contacted the back office, who were apologetic and said they would contact the maintenance group – but unfortunately nothing was fixed during our stay. The “kitchen” is vey basic. A single portable hotplate and a fry pan and pot. The cutlery and crockery were dirty with the remains of previous meals on them. The cleaning pad was disgustingly old and dirty. The room was in need of an complete over

The filth permeated everything.
The accommodation was at least disappointing Dirty floor, dishes couldn't be used because they were full of grease, no microwave... in conclusion the kitchen was useless. There was mold in the shower and the water ran more on the walls than on you. The toilets were dirty, the bedroom door wouldn't close, the furniture was old with scratchers, scratch walls... If you are a smoker, you don't have any designated smoking area. No Long story short : what you see in the hotel's website pictures does not correspond at all with reality.

Rhe location is excelent right next to a metro stop and close to atractions and restaurants. The apartments are large and very confortable. However, The building needs upgrades, better maintenance and cleaning. You can find dark dirty borders in the showers and its fixtures and doors, and also some walls are stained or dirty. They need paint. Our rooms smelled of cigars. Some furniture like the Bathroom vanity seems to be missing parts or its doors. The building main door is a small old wood door with graphity. The whole building entrance seemed creepy until we got used to it but the first impression was not good. We were expecting to see someone in the reception but it was always closed when we passed by in different moments of the day, in the 3 days we spent there, and nobody was there although they always communicated with us through whatsapp texts. Overall the stay was good and confortable in general, and the location was great.

Pros: - spacious and modern room - 20mn from the train station and 15mn from the colosseum - easy check-in - nice welcome from the reception agent who carried our luggages to our room - relatively safe neighborhood (compared to other places in Rome) Cons: - a bit of traffic noise at night - I was asked a couple days to send my credit card information by email in case I will check-in after 4pm in order to pay the city taxes. It's not secure at all to send such information by email. Fortunately we were planning to check-in around 3pm.

The property was left unlocked the day we arrived and also on another day after house cleaning finished up with our unit. The door was slightly open and anyone with access to the hotel would have easily been able to enter our unit with all of our valuable and belongings. The place wasn’t that clean when we checked in, so we had to do a bit of cleaning ourselves. The garbage was full and had not been taken out once we arrived. The sofa bed has no support in several places so if you sit or lie down on it, it would sink. The pictures on Expedia looks much better than it does in person and definitely I would look elsewhere if I were to come to Rome again. I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

Boendet har jättebra läge med tunnelbanan framför huset och Colosseum inom kort gångavstånd. Restauranger/affärer finns i närheten. Bra storlek på rummen, för både personer och väskor. Trevlig personal, och bra med frukost i baren mitt emot. Badrummet har sett bättre dagar, både när det gäller fukt och städning. Ok boende på en natt i Rom.

The best part of this property is its location. There was a Metro station right by the building. We liked having access to a kitchenette and two rooms. The property was a little on the shabby side. They would do well to update the sinks with faucets that don’t spew water all over the place. The floors weren’t clean. For three nights, you can put up with the weaknesses, but would not be a good choice as a long-term rental. The above photo isn’t accurate.

Great price but no frills.
Older building situated on the Metro line. That was good. A comfortable no frills place. Management was very responsive and helpful. We had a lot of luggage which requires some 10 or 12 steps to reach the dwelling. We were happy with it. Great price for Rome.
