깨끗하고 조식 맛있는 호텔!
위치; 테르미니역에서 걸어서 10~15분거리. 30인치 캐리어 2개끌고가기엔 길이 조금 힘들었지만 여러번 다녀보니 쉬운길을알게됨(큰 코나드 마트쪽으로 가면 좀 쉬움) 방; 방은 좁은느낌있었으나 요리조리 큰캐리어 2개펴놓고 지낼수있었음. 이탈리아 숙소 춥단얘기 들었는데 1도안추워서 에어컨키고잠. 생수는 첫날만 무료. 청결도 아주좋다느낌 조식; 가지수가 많지는 않지만 아주 맛있게 잘먹음. 로마자체가 골목이 밤에 좀 어두운느낌이 있지만 숙소자체에 친절하고 청결해서 아주만족하고 감.

두명이 지내기에 쾌적하고 깨끗했구요 직원들도 친절했습니다. 조식포함했었는데 일정때문에 못먹고나갈때 프론트에 얘기하면 간단한 간식 챙겨주고 호텔 내 레스토랑도 괜찮아요! 어메니티 없는거랑 테르미니역까지의 거리가 쪼오금 있다는거 외엔 정말 만족하며 5박지냈습니다. 추천해요!!

가성비 좋은 깨끗한 호텔
테르미니역에서 좀 떨어진 것과 조식 종류가 단조로운 것 이외에는 흠 잡을 것이 없음. 테러 방지로 역주변에 군인들이 상주하여 치안이 굉장히 좋아졌음. 가성비 좋은 호텔로 다시 방문할 의향있음

조식이 정말 맛있어요 가짓수가 많은건 아니지만 아침시간이 즐거운정도? 방도 생각보다 넓었어요 햇반 사서 전자레인지 쓰고싶다고 했더니 여기저기 물어보더니 직접 가져가서 돌려주더라구요 좀 느리긴 했지만 나름 만족했어요 단한가지 칫솔치약 비누가 없네요 세면용품 무료 되어있어서 있는줄 알았는데 없어요 챙겨가세요

Heel goed verblijf bij dit hotel. Er is een bushalte in de straat zelf, en de metro is ook dichtbij gelegen. Het Terministation kan je ook al bereiken na een wandeling van 15 min. Hotel was ook proper, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. De 24/7 receptie is ook heel handig, aan gezien we laat toekwamen. Er is niet zo heel veel variatie in het ontbijt, maar wel zeker alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook het dakterras is zeer aangenaam om de dag af te sluiten. We vonden het een super aangenaam verblijf. Het enige minpuntje is dat het kraanwater naar de chloor proefde. Voor de rest was alles top!

Excellent modern clean hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are on the small size, but have everything you need. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Several good dining options around the hotel and within walking distance of Tremini train station and subway stop.

Customer service at front desk was average and most of the time was slightly unpleasant. The hotel looked better on line and could use some cleaning. The restaurant at night had a very limited menu at best.

The location is very good: quiet block, clean street and good view from room and roof veranda. A weak point is unstable water temperature of the shower.

Quiet area of town, across from a park, decent size room and bathroom, very clean. Good customer service from room service to the front desk. Breakfast service was okay, but rooftop terrace bar/restaurant was a good experience. 4/5

The hotel bedroom was clean and newly renovated. The staff were helpful and courteous. Streets are very silent. The bus station/coach/train/taxi is very close by.

It is close to train station (termini) - 10 minutes walk - but not close to most of Rome’s sight seeing. Hotel was reasonably clean. Water temperature was changing every time we tried to take shower - very inconvenient. Food options on rooftop restaurant was not much. Occasionally dirty glass was not changed.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. It’s a bit further away from all the touristy stuff so you are either walking a bit or having to take a taxi or e-scooter. The property itself is renovated well but there isn’t any way around the fact that the walls are really thin and we could hear a screaming/crying kid next door. Staff was nice and relocated us to a different room but then the shower in our new room had a mind of its own and was hot and cold. The breakfast was convenient and above avg for a hotel breakfast.

Excellent quality of hotel. Was staying for daughters 21st birthday & I.e requested a nicer room. On arrival the hotel had given her a superior room with a balcony with no extra charge. Antonio on reception was excellent & very helpful. Also location & breakfast in this hotel were both very good. Would definitely return.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Gave lots of advice about how to get around and things to do. The breakfast was nice. Loved the coffee makers!

Hotel is located between two subway stations about 10-minuets-walk. The room is clean but the AC is running with noise. If you are travelling from non-Europe countries, be aware that the room only has European outlets and the hotel does not offer you the adapter to charge your phone.

We enjoyed our stay at the Guardian as far as cleanliness. The hotel advertises handicap accessible but they did not provide bath chairs nor did they have safety grab bars in the shower. The hotel has 3 steps into their lobby, therefore, routing my husband on his electric scooter thru a service door on the side of their building. The staff were extremely helpful with getting him through tight areas.

Não é nem de longe um hotel 4 estrelas. Quarto sujo, velho, mal conservado, cheiro horrivel. Vale a pena pagar um pouco a mais. Se eu fosse ficar mais de uma noite teria trocado de hotel. Não condiz com a beleza e grandiosidade do país. No qto dpl deixam uma toalha apenas de banho e nenhuma de rosto. Tinha cabelo de outro hospede no banheiro assim como poça de água. Tive que ligar umas 4x para o setor e implorar toalha de banho adicional e toalha de rosto. Amenities dignos de motel de beira de estrada. Não tenho nem palavras para descrever minha decepção com a hospedagem. Só não volto e não recomendo.

A weekend in Rome!
Great location if coming from the train station. A lot to see with in walking distance as well and many different restaurants. Only offset is the space for breakfast a little cramped, but still worth the stay. Staff are super friendly and accommodate when able. We showed up 3 hours earlier than expected, only were going to drops our luggage, and see some sights while we wait for the room to be ready. They asked if we could wait for 5 minutes. We waited for the five minutes and they advised the room was ready. This was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. All in all very nice hotel, staff, and location. Highly recommended to stay.
