톱하우스가 아님
예약할때는 발코니가있는 탑층으로 알고예약했습니다. 하지만 안내받은 방은 탑층이 아니었으며 예약한 주소와 다른 곳의 룸으로 안내받았고 당연히 발코니가 없었습니다. ㅜ ㅜ 하지만 청결도나 위치는 매우 훌륭해서 다니기에 좋았고요 . 단 벽간소음이 심해 옆방사람들 대화소리가 녹음가능할정도로 들립니다. 같은 가격이라면 조식이 제공되는 호텔을 추천합니다

트레비 분수와 스페인 광장 (두 지점사이는 약 800미터) 중간에 위치하고 있어 위치적으로 매우 우수한 아파트임. 리셉션에서 300미터 거리의 복층구조의 인테리어가 매우 좋은 아파트임. 4~5인용아파트는 청소비 20유로가 따로 있음. 더 큰 아파트는 25에서 30유로를 받은 것 같고요. 도시세는 만 10세부터 입니다. 참고로 피렌체는 만 11세부터... 위치가 매우 좋고 로마도 거의 모든 관광지가 1.5km안에 있어서 왠만하면 걸어다닐 수 있습니다. 오히려 버스가 돌아 돌아 가는 경향이 있습니다. 로마패스가 있으면 아까워서 2일 또는 3일간 버스타고 콜로세움, 포로로마노, 천사의 성, 진실의 입, 바티칸 등을 가보시고 나머지는 걸어서 보시면 될 것 같아요. 세탁기도 있고 드라이기도 있고 식기도구도 완비되어 있고 냉장고도 크고 갖출 것을 다 갖추고 있는 만족할 만한 아파트라고 생각되구요. 단 단점이 있다면 체크아웃 11시 이후 짐 보관 서비스가 없어요. 짐 보관을 하시려면 2시 체크인(다음 손님)이 있는 경우 아파트에 놓고 열쇠 1개는 테이블에 놓고 열쇠 하나를 가지고 여행 갔다가 1시 30분까지 아파트로 돌아오면 청소하시는 분이 있는데 그분에가 열쇠를 반납하면서 체크아웃하시면 되요. (열쇠 2개 줌) 짐보관소는 테르미니에 가방 1개당 6유로 (5시간이내), 트래비 분수쪽 가방 1개당 4유로(3시간이내) 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 레오나르도 다빈치 공항을 가는 방법 중에 레오나르도 익스프레서 편도 14유로 말고 편도 8유로로 가는 기차도 괜찮아요. 시간이 여유있으시면 공항 직전 역인 parco leonardo 역의 (저가 쇼핑몰(자라 베네텅, H&M과 auchan이라는 대형마트가 있음) 하차하시어 마지막 쇼핑을 즐기셔도 좋습니다. 3~4인 이상이라면 parco leonardo 역까지 기차표가 2.2유로이구요 쇼핑몰에서 마이택시 타고 공항까지 25유로(쿠폰이용하면 20유로)로 이동하면 이득이구요^^ 1~2인 이면 8유로로 공항까지 끊으시면 펀칭후 4시간까지 이동하실 수 있으니 그렇게 활용하셔도 되구요.

So I had 3 guests and I booked the suite with 3 beds. There was only 1 room left so I booked it as quick as possible. The standard selection was 2 guests so I thought no biggie even though I'm paying for 3 beds it shouldn't matter. To my surprise they made me pay $100 euro extra for that one guest which wasn't added to the Rez even though it's not like im forcing people, I still paid for those 3 beds. Seriously.... and on top of that they charge a $40 state tax cash separetely.

Lovely apartment, well decorated and in a cute courtyard. Check in is in a building down the road but then the lady who checked us in walked us to the property, pointing out on the way nearby shops, ATMs and landmarks. So close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Everywhere is easily walkable from here, we walked to coleseum and to Vatican City. Good recommendations for restaurants in the information pack. Some traffic noise as expected in a city centre but nothing that stopped us sleeping. Overall had a brilliant stay!

We enjoy our stay, nice location, 10min walking to spanish stairs. Apartment was nicely decorated and well furniture to accommodate a family 5 without feeling cramped. Nice area will highly recommend

Excellent location! Very closed to Spanish Step. Closed to shopping, grocery stores and all restaurants. This is apartment which is not the hotel I expected from the photo on Expedia. Not on the top of a building. Instead the apartment is in a old small building. The Rooms are quit nice. Clean and neat at the beginning. It easily got mess after few days as there was no cleaning. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and making noise every time turning body. A lot of TV channels if you understand Italian. No Youtube which was surprised me as TV has no internet connection. You need to stay on the certain spot to have stable internet connection. Love coffee pot. Great place if stay for few days. I still give 5 stars as the location is so great! Highly recommended.

We were in the apartment at 70. We loved it. My son kept saying he loved the place and wants to stay again when we return. The apartment was complete with dishes and cookware. Coffee, tea and sugar was included. The touch that was much appreciated was the fresh fruit that was provided. Very close to McDonald’s…it closes late. Would definitely stay again but be weary that there are stairs and it’s not suitable for elderly people and young children. The shower door is tricky but it’s needed given the space.

This place is nothing like the pictures. The building is a dump: old and dirty with a horrible elevator from the 40s. Dark, dingy, shady. Room was just ok, but mattress and pillow were very poor quality. Good location but noisy atop a restaurant.

Pasamos 2 horas tratando de encontrar el lugar ya que no está rotulado. Empleados no hablan español ni inglés. No cuenta con ascensor. No es un hotel si no un airbnb. Hicieron cambios y no lo notificaron. No lo recomiendo a pesar de que la persona q nos atendió trató de buscar soluciones. No vale la pena.

I had some issues with a late check in but this was resolved with aid of Expedia. We were in an annex and saw little of staff but who we did see were friendly and helpful. What was annoying was Building work starting in the building early in the morning with noise of hammering and drilling waking us up

Logement ayant beaucoup de traces d'humidité (salle de bain), sur l annonce c'était écrit "produits de luxe pour la salle de bain"...il n'y avait qu'un distributeur de savon dans la douche qui était sale. Attention surprise de 40€ pour frais de ménage non indiqué sur le site! En résumé pour deux nuits nous avons payé en supplément : -20€ de taxe de la ville -35€ en liquide pour arrivée après 21h -40€ de frais de ménage Ça fait beaucoup de supplément !! En point positif : la situation, la superficie, le calme

The area was in a good location, near Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. We rented a 2 bedroom what we thought was on property site, however it was not. It was about 2 blocks down. 2 of of the 5 days we stayed we didnt have hot water. We called the front desk no answer the first time, we had to walk down to the check in location ring the bell until finally someone answered. The 2nd time it happened again we called for over 45 minutes and finally got someone to answer. The receptionist said they would send someone over. We also asked for new linen and toilet paper and we were told that if we wanted that it would be an additional fee on top of the cleaning service we already paid. So no clean towels or beds made, trash never got thrown out ( it over flowed) for our entire stay. I would not recommend this rental unit. It was over priced for the service we got.

We loved our stay at Tritone Top House. The neighborhood was busy (like most of Rome) but seems safe and friendly. You did have to checkin at one location and walk to the apartment the staff was friendly and helped us over the first time. We noticed our hot water wasn’t working and the staff was super responsive, sending someone immediately at 6:30pm at night. We would surly stay again!

We loved the location of this apartment and felt it fit our family well. We arrived late in the evening, and although they don’t have a 24/7 reception, staff stayed on late to check us in when we arrived. Thank you Suella! The photos in the listing differed from the apartment we were given, so it was unexpected, but still sufficient for what we needed. Pull out bed has a thin mattress so expect a rough sleep (that’s where the kids slept). Bathroom was only filled with one roll of toilet paper so we had to go to the market and buy more since reception was closed. But it’s affordable at least. And there were lots of mosquitos in the apartment unfortunately, so the kids got bit up all night. Bring bug spray! Otherwise it was a nice stay as we spent very little time in the apartment anyway. Great location near Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, the crypts, and the metro station.

The location of this property was wonderful very central and easy to get everywhere. The room was clean, and the attendant at the check in was very kind and helpful and offered us suggestions if we wanted. Unfortunately the hot water boiler system wasn’t plugged in so for the first day we didn’t have any hot water until we noticed, once we plugged it in we had hot water but it only lasts for a 5 minute shower so we really had to plan who was showering when.

Great location. Doors were a little difficult to use inside the apartment. Other than that, we loved our stay. Great location and great air conditioning. Wi-Fi was good. The lift was sketchy (but in a good way!) Old time lift was kind of fun to use.
