"Clean, quiet, coffee is good. Convenient location."

"The front staff were not welcoming at all (not one smile) and actually a little rude. The included “continental” breakfast was lovely and fresh but is indeed continental, just cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, toast/bagels but on the weekend was crowded and there was no food, no seats, no service to get juice that comes from the waiter. The mandatory $45 valet fee was not a fun surprise when it was advertised as free parking. No microwave in the rooms, they brought one up but it kept tripping the outlet so wouldn’t work. The sounds from the highway below was pretty loud. If you are not someone who can sleep through that, then you might want to forgo. Oh and the patio door is locked which didn’t bother me till I started thinking what if’s like a fire seeing there was also no sprinklers. "

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel, conveniently located in walkable Westwood Village. The staff, especially Oscar and Vanessa, were cheerful and helpful. Our room was quite small, but the hotel compensated with its lovely side garden and lobby. There’s a reasonably priced parking garage around the corner. We’d definitely return, though probably asking for a larger room."

"I booked this hotel as a splurge for the LA Marathon. It was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and central to so many attractions. As a SoCal native it makes for a perfect staycation or treat! Highly recommend "

"Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper lobby. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I only stayed because the booking was non-refundable. I wish I could give 0 stars—this motel would have been a much better choice."
