โIt is very unpleasant to stay here. Considering the price, it isn't valuable to stay in. They charged many different taxes in addition the hotel charged $40 per night for the amenities although we didn't used any amenities. The room wasn't spacious. The layout was uncomfortable.While we stayed the hotel there was their union strike for days from 7am to 8pm. It was unbearably noisy. โ
โSuper Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage fรผr Venice Beach. Einzig die Zimmer sind etwas hellhรถrig und in unserem Fall war der Lรผfter im Bad nicht auszustellen. Ansonsten immer wieder, besonders auch wegen des integrierten Frรผhstรผckes (Kaffee, Milch, Tee, O-Saft und leckere Croissants).โ
โWe have stayed at this property multiple times and it keeps getting better and better. Its beautifully decorated in both the rooms and the common areas and the staff is very accomodating. And their new restaurant is SO gorgeous !! โ
โIn a luxurious accommodation, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff, the last day of the vacation was truly fantastic. Especially, the bicycle tour along the beach is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you.โ
โThe location is great, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, and the hotel is good value for money.
A safe place to stay in Santa Monicaโ
"I clearly left my clothes in the closet before checking out of this hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately after checkout, yet they kept claiming they had never seen anything and that nothing was found. I know exactly where I left my belongings, but the hotel denied everything and took no responsibility whatsoever.
When I complained in person at the lobby, they told me, "We'll follow up. If we find it, we'll contact you. If not, we'll consider compensation." But once I left LA, I sent multiple emailsโwhich they read but never replied to for days.
What made it worse was that while I was seriously explaining the situation, some staff nearby were smirking and laughing, as if it was a joke. It was disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
Thereโs a strong possibility that a housekeeper stole my belongings, yet the hotel conducted no real investigation, gave no updates, and offered no resolution. They just kept saying things like โWe understandโ and โWeโll do our bestโโbut did absolutely nothing.
Theft, zero accountability, and staff who mock customersโeasily the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay far away from this place."
