“I clearly left my clothes in the closet before checking out of this hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately after checkout, yet they kept claiming they had never seen anything and that nothing was found. I know exactly where I left my belongings, but the hotel denied everything and took no responsibility whatsoever. When I complained in person at the lobby, they told me, "We'll follow up. ”

““The staff were very kind, the room was spacious, and its close proximity to the beach along with the beautiful ocean view from the room made everything perfect.””

“Clean place to stay near Santa Monica”

“No breakfast now”

“good and nice experience”
