Venice, Los Angeles hotel rooms at the Best Western

"The hotel room was clean and looked as it did in the photos, however, I did not appreciate that the exterior and location of the hotel DID NOT RESEMBLE the AI generated photos depicted on Expedia. The hotel's exterior looks worn and SKETCHY in person and I would never have chosen to stay there had I known that. Expedia is shameless for engaging in this type of fraudulent practice. That was the whole point obviously -- to trick naive travelers into booking a room at this place. Next time, I'll actually Google Map a place before believing that the beautiful exterior photos of the place are real."

"Style is really cool but the rooms are a bit dated in amenities. Shower felt old but relatively clean. Property seemed to have some nice amenities such as the outdoor bar and pool area but both were closed due to rain and cold weather when I was there. Great location!"
