“Even though we were there for one night we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We had a friendly welcome. This property was just off the highway and there was a shopping centre down the road. It was very convenient and quiet. Thank you so much.”

“We were unable to stay as they had booked us into an upstairs unit instead of ground level. There was no lift or any body prepared to help us with luggage to try to get up the stairs. We are an elder couple and we were in Townsville for my husband to have eye surgery. He had to stay in Townsville to be able to return to the hospital for after surgery care. Very disappointing!”

“The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom vanity cupboard needing to be replaced. The draws had moisture damage so wouldn’t close properly. Bathroom wall paint is peeling due to water/moisture damage. Both didn’t affect my stay. The price was more than doubled due to the v8 super car race. Was not impressed with price considering the property hasn’t been updated nor was there a continental breakfast provided.”
