웬만하면 가지마세여
로비에들어가서부터 이상한 화장실냄새가 진동하고 호ㅓ장실도 너무 좁고 찝찝합니다. 걍 호텔 전체가 한국 모텔보다도 구린 듯.

Hotel op loopafstand van centrum
Basic hotel zoals verwacht. Kamers wel in zeer povere staat (lekkende wc, schimmel badkamer, stinkend naar rook) maar bewust gekozen voor Low budget hotel in het centrum. Ontbijt was zoals verwacht: toast met confituur/choco/kaas/salami, cornflakes, appel en hardgekookt ei.zeer (!) basic maar ok. Personeel niet echt vriendelijk maar eerder neutrale houding. Indien lage verwachtingen en enkel om te overnachten, dan is het ok.

Hotellin kuvat netissä eivät vastanneet todellisuutta. Huone oli todella ahdas ja päivittäisistä siivouksista huolimatta epäsiisti, varsinkin vessa. Välillä ei tullut lämmintä vettä ja pyyhkeet joutui käydä itse pyytämässä useampaan kertaan. Avain täytyi "ladata" kerran päivässä, että se toimi. Aamupala ei vastannut käsitystä hotelliaamiaisesta, se sisälsi paahtoleipää, juustoa, kinkkua (huoneen lämmössä tiskillä) ja mehua, ei kahvia. Lisäksi oli muroja.

Drama, verouderd. Slechte kamers. Slechte staat.
Vooral niet boeken. Kamers stinken naar rioollucht. Geen gordijnen. Douche die niet werkt. Alleen het ontbijt is voor de prijs redelijk. De rest 3 keer niks.

Cuando llegue al hotel no era lo que me esperaba encontrar pero le puse buena cara. Las habitaciones llenas de olor a cigarrillo. El baño muy chico y mal cuidado. Entraban a mi habitación cuando querían sin que lo permitiese. En el único momento que bajé a desayunar (que el desayuno demás está decir que es solo té y tostadas, cuando te dicen desayuno bufet) deje mis cosas de valor en la habitación y me han robado de la cartera dinero. Malísima experiencia. NO VAYAN. Totalmente disconforme, actitudes muy raras del personal. He mandado un mail quejándome y nunca me han respondido!

Good breakfast
Nice breakfast. A good-sized and quiet room. Not too distant from Centraal station. Wifi not reliable and no light or door in the bathroom. I'd stay there again because of the location, breakfast and 24 hour coffee machine on the ground floor.

Disappointing & dirty
Dirty blankets Some Insects in the room , I killed 5 of them on the bed during the night so I did not sleep at all . I checked out early in the morning about 6 am . It was a terrible accommodation . Really disappointing Bad smell in the corridor . Old & ugly building . Poor wifi . Continusely it connected & disconnected . Safty box was not fixed and I was out of order .

Please read before booking!
Everything was dirty and old. We had to change three times bedroom before we could find one with lights in the bathroom that worked. Bed sheets were too small and extra pieces cut with scissors had been add to complete the length required, towels were supposed to be clean but were so old that were full of stains... what else can I say. Truth is location is good; close to train station. It makes me wonder if it is a place to laundry money.

Reasonably priced, Comfortable & Friendly but...
After a very hectic day travelling I arrived around 3 hours later than anticipated! My first impressions of the Hotel were not great but it grew on me. It has a small Reception and at 11.15pm on a rainy evening I was tired and disorientated! My room was ok, a good size but could do with being a bit cleaner - nothing major though. Shower room was small but workable but please get rid of the dirty toilet brushes. I also do rentals in the UK and would not dream of leaving dirty toilet brushes for the next guest. Not hygienic. Just dispose of and replace with new guests or just remove them - please! Room size was adequate with good storage. I would say it was like staying at the home of someone who really lives in their home. No opulance, but comfortable. Its a little tired in decor and it takes a bit of getting used to tiling everywhere, including the bedroom walls but this place grows on you. There is no air conditioning if you are one of those people who expect everything for nothing. The staff are very friendly, it has a cute lounge with TV and seperate dining room. Breakfast is included. The location is a 10minute walk from Centraal station. Cheap budget hotel but I would stay again! Hopefuly, this is a constructive review.

Htl Turkuaz word opgeknapt.
Het hotel ligt voor ons gunstig om met de metro naar Ahoy te gaan en is een redelijke prijs. Hotel heeft een nieuw eigenaar en zou opgeknapt worden, zag er nu niet zo netjes uit. Wij hadden redelijk grote kamer maar mijn zus en haar man niet, deze was erg klein.

Condition of the rooms
We had booked 2 rooms. In both rooms there was no light and electricity in bathroom. I reported it, but nothing was repaired during our 3 night stay.

観光に便利なホテル
ホテルの近くにスーパーやコンビニがなかった。駅から少し歩くけれど観光の拠点としては便利だと思う。ホテルのエレベーターが古かった。

部屋は綺麗だしとくに不便はありませんでした。wifiは繋がるにくく、繋がっていてもものすごく遅かったです。ホテルの周辺は住宅地でなにもありませんが、少し歩くとレストランなどがある通りがありました。

Definetely NOT recommended
The cleaning service had not changed the toilet paper (with a stain on in). There was too much noise at night, there was a room next to mine perhaps used by the personnel. During one of the nights there was a fire alarm for at least 2-3 minutes, but the staff did not seem preoccupied at all. There was no information at all, I had to go to the reception. The personnel had forgotten to close completely the door of my room - I found it open upon my return (several hours later). The Wi-Fi was not working at all - I used different devices but managed to connect only twice for a few minutes. Otherwise the location was very good and the prices were among the lowest in Rotterdam.

Zwiedziłam już trochę hoteli Vlaardingen/Rotterdam i mam porównanie - Turkuaz wypada FATALNIE!!!! Niezbyt atrakcyjna wizualnie mała łazienka, BRAK CIEPŁEJ WODY Z RANA, BARDZO SŁABE WI-FI , BRAK PARKINGU , stare budownictwo, ciągle coś trzeszczało w kaloryferach ( a byliśmy kilka dni) , w nocy kilkakrotnie włączały się alarmy przez co nie mogliśmy się wyspać, po pobycie tam chłopak jest cały przez coś pogryziony (PLUSKWY??!) - jednym słowem NIE POLECAM!!!! Cena włącznie ze śniadaniem wydaje się być zachęcająca ale nie dajcie się nabrać! ŚNIADANIE WRĘCZ FATALNE (bardzo skromne i kiepskiej jakości, codziennie to samo - jajka na twardo , ser, salami, najtańszy chleb tostowy i jednorazowe dżemy, NIC NA CIEPŁO - także nie sugerujcie się się że jest w cenie! Szczerze - lepiej zainwestować w komfort i kupić coś indywidualnie!), brak czajnika w pokoju, brak mini-lodówki - warunki na pewno nie na poziomie 3 gwiazdek (kto im to w ogóle dał????!) Bywałam w hotelach 2-gwiazdkowych, podobnych cenowo gdzie komfort był znacznie lepszy!!!!

駅から歩いて１０分程度の立地。近くにサッカー場があるので、夜戻ってくる時、ライトが明るくて安心できた。ただ、周辺に店はない。WIFIも時々接続が悪くなる。

Awful smell
The hotel had an awful smell throughout it made be nearly sick twice. I thought this may just have been a passing smell but the room smelled the same, the dining area and the stairwell. Truly disgusting.

Handige locatie vlak bij Rotterdam Centraal
Hotel was prima, het is geen 5 sterren hotel maar daar is de prijs ook niet naar. Turkuaz was voor mij betaalbaar, gezellig en goed. Receptie personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt was niet heel groot maar wel erg lekker. Zou er zo nog eens heen gaan

Gunstig gelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
We kwamen daar aan en werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, hadden kaartjes van de film daar per ongeluk laten liggen en hebben ze alles in werking gesteld om ons dat te laten weten.Ontbijt prima en de kamers ook deze zijn ze aan het verbouwen dat het iets ruimer word. Nee al met al een goede locatie voor een leuke prijs.

太糟糕了，是我的旅程中住到最最糟糕的地方。我們住兩個晚上，第一晚給我們閣樓在4樓，但電梯只到3樓還要再爬樓梯，而且到房間時發現房門沒關，房間地板很髒，廁所燈泡還壞掉，沒多久我們發現房間牆上有蟲，很像蟑螂，床也有，還會跑到行李裡，跟櫃台反應了但因為這天客滿無法換房間。第二天有換房間了，以為一切都好了，但就在睡前又發現有蟲，我以為是從閣樓那間帶過來的，結果不是，越來越多蟲，我又去櫃台反應，請他們退錢，雖然有退錢但卻拖拖拉拉的很不乾脆，而這晚我直接睡樓下，在餐桌趴著睡。重點是我們都有被蟲咬！

暑い時期だったからエアコンが無いのはきつい。防音状態も悪く、テレビも点かない。同じ価格クラスの日本のビジネスホテルからは数段劣る。Wi-Fiは使えるはずなのに電波が弱いせいか、奇跡的に数分つながった以外は使えなかった。値段重視で格安一人旅をするなら利用可。しかし、家族で泊まったり、ビジネスで使用する格ではないので注意。ただし、ベッドメイクは毎日行ってくれたし、シャンプーが切れたことを告げると、すぐに補充してくれた。サービスに悪意はないので、その点は安心して良い。

Okay, so a lot of reviews comment on the smell in the room. Yes, when we first entered, there was a smell, but it was really a bad smell. It also doesn't last. As soon as you air out the room with an open window, the smell is gone. Besides, I've stayed in places that have smelled much worse, so in all honesty, it was really a non-issue. Staff were friendly, welcoming and would chat with us. Location is great. Literally a 5 minute walk from the train station. City centre is easily within walkin distance also. The wifi worked fine. I didn't avail of the complimentary continental breakfast. (preferred to sleep in tbh) The beds were quite comfy. The room was quite spacious tbh. I got the room with 3 single beds. There was a small safe and a small tv in the room. The bathroom consisted of a toilet and a shower. Water temperature was easily controlled and worked perfectly. All bathroom amenities etc. are provided, except for towels which were provided free upon request at reception.

Good for people on a budget
For a budget stay, this hotel is more than perfect. The breakfast was not amazing but we had the basic stuff; bread, crackers, ham and cheese, coffee and tea, orange juice and other small things. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. Once again for a budget place and for students this is really a good place to stay- also the distance from central station is very convenient!

很差不會想再住!
服務生服務很好，但房間有煙味，很小，棉被是髒的(充滿煙味)床單還有血跡，早餐很差雖然服務生很好但不會想再住!

Værelser på øverste etage er præget af manglende vedligehold, ligesom der er væggelus. Vi fik vort værelse byttet til værelse i stueetagen, der havde en langt bedre standard
