โThe lady at reception on my arrival was amazing. I had card problems, the chip was not working. She had alot of patience and worked with me until we figured it out. I had to take the bus and the metro to get at my destination, she wrote down everything I needed to do to get there. Amazing sercice from this lady.โ
โClimate control or A/C in the room was a bit too cold. I was unable to adjust the room temperature and NO free breakfast for the price paid but that per the front desk staff was due to it being a Corporate Function Hotel. Otherwise it was a good overall experience.โ

. We love the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is fabulous . They brought us a bucket of ice upon request . ( very nice ).Water and coffee in the lobby .
The terrace bar was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect . We walked all around the Old Montreal . Lots of shops and restaurants right out the back of the hotel. โ
โBed was comfortable room was clean and updated It was a little hard to see from the road so drove past it first time but aside from that very nice compared to simmilar type lodgingsโ
โModern, boutique style hotel. Great part of Montreal - many eating/drinking options. Very clean & well maintained. One issue - underground parking is very tight for incoming/exiting vehicles if passing each other. Requires one driver to "yield" and back up.โ
โStaff was so amazing. Any request was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond for us and made this stay so memorable and remarkable. Room was amazing. The property beautiful the restaurants fantastic. Best service of all time. โ
