버스 주차장이 바로 앞이고 시티에 가까워 위치가 너무 좋습니다 . 직원 모두 친절하고 협조적이라 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있어서 너무 좋습니다. 방안에 라지에이터가 있어 빨래 말리기에 좋습니다. 샤워 시설이 조금 좁지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 완전 추천합니다.

average hotel, poor house keeping
location, facitily, breakfast were good. but I found other guest's shampoo left over in the bathroom of my room. and the bottle of shower gel which hotel provides was empty. I spend 2 nigths and it was never refilled. I don't want to be bothered for asking it to reception ,, so i just used my own. I was surprised that House keeper never checked it.

The front desk staff make you feel welcome immediately and they are extremely nice and professional. I will return to Rovaniemi and I will stay there again .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good—right in the city center. However, it seems that the beds are old, well-worn and not supportive (the bed would sink in the middle). This led to a very stiff back each night of my stay.

Jeg rejste solo og det var fantastisk at bo på hotellet. Medarbejderne er så flinke og hjælpsomme. Ved morgenmads buffet kom de og sagde godmorgen til en. Morgenmaden virkelig lækker! Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage!

the location is good. A lot of shops and eateries. There's a river behind this location, i could catch some sunrise, which is so beautiful view. It could be better if there are some smile on the receptionists' faces....

Bathroom is extremely small, no amenities such as toothbrush or slippers provided at all. Housekeeping was non-existent. Breakfast was chaotic with the flock of tourists

Hotel clean and comfy but poor customer service in restaurant got order wrong, a very under cooked burger, cremated chips and my wifes dinner dish never arrived with our mains … staff seem to not care or be bothered instead offering excuses … waited over one hour for food folk arrived after us eat before us why 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Hotel que NO QUISO AYUDAR a un error de hoteles.co
La reserva se realizó sin mi autorización, sin poner los 4 dígitos de la tarjeta d crédito y sin los s 5 dígitos que Amex no envió. No sé cómo se pudo hacer sin poner esos dígitos. Llamé al hotel para anular sin gastos explicando el error de la app de hoteles.com y me dijeron que la reclamación a Expedia. Expedia que reclame al hotel. ES MUY GRAVE ESTE ERROR...TE COBRAN EL DINERO EN LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO SIN TU AUTORIZACIÓN Y AL SER NO REEMBOLSABLE PIERDES EL DINERO SI ANULAS. GANAS DE AYUDAR CERO.

Excellent location
The location of the hotel is excellent. Is in the city center, with a bus stop for both the Santa Claus Village and the airport just across the street. There is also a mall and fast-food restaurants. The room is big and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is good, with a lot of choices, including vegan food. The staff is friendly.

We reached the hotel early. The room was ready but hotel wants to charge if we wanted to check in early. We asked to store our luggage. Staff just opened the door to the luggage room and asked us to to put our luggages ourselves. No one was there to help arrange the luggages or supervise and make sure we did not take things belonging to other guests.
