โBeautiful historic property. Residence of Gilbert of Gilbert and Sullivan. Room was spacious even though dated. Beautiful view of gardens. Lots of walks through forest. Felt like I was in a fairy tale. Beautiful lobby and breakfast room. Lots of breakfast options. Difficult to manage stairs with luggage. No lift. โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were spotless, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to help. When we messaged about an issue with the blind, they responded promptly and came to fix it right away.
The train station was a 10 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London. โ
โApartment was clean, spacious and beautiful designed. Communication was excellent throughout booking and stay. Location was amazing. We had a concert in Wembley and we only had to cross a road. The view from the balcony was great. These apartments have a designer shopping outlet a few hundred meters away and lots of restaurants. โ
โWhat letโs this down.. is not advertising more that you have to park in a carpark, not on site.. the recording on Option 4 when you ring them sounds like theyโre saying WD17. 2PF, I listen to loads of times then spoke to receptionist and she told me he was WD17 2PS.. but the staff are amazing Askwin (think how spell his name, in the restaurant looks after you like youโre his best friend he canโt do enough for you. โStayed in Room 1 which was superb, very clean , big bathroom, mini bar, good selection of hot drinks. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite 10/10โ
โEverything in this hotel is very well thought through. The rooms are compact, but beautifully decorated and have everything you could need, including L'occitane toiletries and a great shower.
The guy on reception when we arrived were late at night was absolutely great and made us feel very welcome. It was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again. โ

โI was satisfied with this hotel. It's very near to watford Junction station and shuttle bus to Harry Potter Studio. Breakfast included and There are some good restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. My family would recommend this place. โ
โDust in the room corner.. did not clean the room but looks just changing towel and bedcover while staying a few days. If room cleaning is OK then itโs a good hotel.โ
