This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Hands down the best stay and experience ever!! We could not have asked for better accommodations to celebrate our Anniversary! Most Sincerely,

Great location , close to train station, restaurants, shopping and the Rhein. Very walkable area. I only wish we have come about two weeks later as I am sorry to have been early for the Christmas Markets. Breakfast was very good and coffee plentiful. Reception and service staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could have had better products and we had no body lotion, which I would have liked to have. We would definitely stay here again.
