"I didn’t enjoy my stay because I didn’t stay. I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it. "

"Breakfast attendant was on the rude side when pointed out things needed replacement. This was the 3rd night in a row we were woke up by an alarm clock that was set to waken. Please have your housekeeping staff check alarm clocks to be set off."

"No hair dryer in room as advertised. Ice makers hard to find. Self parking advertised was hard to find for hotel. Ended up in valet for hotel marked. "

"The location is ideal for visiting Newport or Cincinnati as it’s just a few minutes from 275. The view of the storage facility is not ideal but still nice for views of the valley. The breakfast was made in house and served early each morning. Overall it was a great layout and had good flavor. Staff was super nice, friendly and desired to make our experience as best as possible. Only ranking a 4 out of 5 because pool was out of commission due to mechanical failure and when it was reopened the water was cold."
