"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"Nous avons payé 25e/nuit pour la chambre double. Le point le plus positif est le personnel qui est vraiment très gentil et accueillant. Cependant, il n’y avait personne pour s’occuper de nos bagages, nous avons nous-mêmes pris le chariot pour les descendre de la voiture (notre chauffeur nous a donné un coup de main aussi). "The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return. "

"We booked the Lotus Boutique Hotel for three nights initially at the start of our Vietnam family holiday. Travelling with a group of seven including a toddler of 21 months, two rooms here were ideal. The hotel organised an airport transfer for is at a very reasonable price. Jennie, the manager could not be more accommodating, organising a street food tour which I highly recommend. She also organised our train tickets together with a cruise on Halong Bay. We also had laundry done at a very reasonable price. As far as value for money is concerned, we received outstanding value for money. The breakfast was good, the wifi was very good.I highly recommend the Lotus Boutique Hotel and would definitely return here if staying in Hanoi again. The location is outstanding."

"Service exceptionnel du personnel, installations propres et petit-déjeuner incroyable ! Nous avons séjourné ici pour notre dernière nuit au Vietnam après avoir voyagé pendant 3 semaines et c'était un vrai régal. Je me sentais malade à mon arrivée et le personnel a été incroyablement compréhensif et serviable ! Ils ont fait d'excellentes recommandations et m'ont aidé à me sentir mieux. Je recommande vraiment de séjourner ici !"

"Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant."
