I stayed in this hotel for a night, and it was simply wonderful. Unlike previous reviews, i could communicate all staffs in english (although not so fluent, it was just enough) and all the staffs were willing to help us with kind heart. The room was super clean, well equipped and quiet. I would definitely choose this hotel for the next visit to sapa. 한국인들을 위해 후기 남깁니다. 사파에 있는 몇 안되는 5성급 호텔이라고 알고 있는데, 그만큼 청결하고 룸 컨디션도 좋아요. 다만 삼푸와 바디워시는 거품이 거의 안나니 따로 챙겨오시는게 좋을 것 같아요^^ 이 외에 있을거 다 있습니다. 시내와 거리가 좀 있어서 (도보 15분) 고민이었는데, 2시간마다 호텔에서 버기 운영하니 시간 잘 맞춰서 활용하시면 좋아요. 오전 8시부터 오후 8시까지 2시간 간격으로 호텔에서 출발합니다. 체크인시 안알려주면 꼭 먼저 물어보고 챙겨타세여! 사파에 새벽버스 타고 와서 6시에 도착했는데, 얼리체크인은 불가능했지만, 샤워 요청하니 흔쾌히 들어주었습니다! 덕분에 첫날부터 찝찝하지 않게 잘 여행할 수 있었어요. 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다! 김치찌개도 있더라구요. 식당 뷰가 대박이니 꼭 창가쪽 앉으세요.. 쌀국수와 빵이 맛있습니다.

진짜 괜찮은 호텔
2번째 사파 방문인데 확실히 깔끔하고 좋네요. 무엇보다도 뷰가 정말 좋습니다. 그리고 쌀국수 진짜 맛있습니다!! 하노이에 살면서 이렇게 깔끔하고 괜찮은건 찾기 어렵거든요 조식에 쌀국수코너 있으니 꼭 드셔보세요 다른지역의 5성보다는 작고 화려하지는 않지만 이곳만의 분위기에 너무 만족했습니다.

단체여행객이 많아서 개별고객관리에 신경을 못쓰는 듯 하다 .룸서비스메뉴는 찾지 못했고 겨울철 사파날씨를 감안해서라도 방이 몹시 추웠다. 사파는 주로 밖에서 돌아다닐바에는 호텔 굳이 4성급안가도 된다 .다른 호텔도 경쟁때문에 다 어느 정도 하고 뷰도 서비스도 괜찮다. 호텔이 차별화하려면 고객관리에 더 신경을 써야할듯합니다. Just my opinion. Weather of sapa cold. Especially winter. Room temperature is cold. I recommend if your trip is trakking and go around . you don't need in 4star . because not special. Other many hotel will provide you same service and view.

가성비는 합니다.
비싼 값을 하네요. 사파는 항상 패키지로만 갔었는데, 그때마다 그냥 1~2성급 호텔에서 잠만 잤습니다. 이번엔 직접 5성급 찾아서 예약했습니다. 사파의 멋진 풍경을 즐기기에 아주 좋은 곳 입니다. 아침 조식도 베리 굿`~ ^^

환상적인 경험. 여기 묵으실 거면 velly view 보이는 객실로 꼭 예약하세요. 부대 시설은 4성급 치고는 부족했지만 객실과 객실에서 보이는 뷰, 그리고 직원들의 친절함은 훌륭했습니다. 훗날 다시 사파를 방문할 때도 파오스 사파 호텔로 하고 싶을 정도로.

여행내내 안개가 많이껴서 창밖에 뷰를 못봐 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔은 가격대비 깔끔하고 시설도 좋았어요. 1층 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었는데 최악이었습니다. 음식이 전반적으로 맛이 없었고 볶음밥에 베이컨이 상해있었어요. 조식은 나쁘지 않았어요.

날씨만 좋았다면 너무 좋았을 곳인데 날씨 때문에 아쉬웠네요. 미리 LATE - CHECK OUT 신청도 해 두고 CONFIRM 도 받아 두었었는데 다음날 방키가 작동이 안 되어서 2번이나 라운지 내려갔다 오고, 날씨가 흐려 썰렁함이 있어 온도 조절을 높였는데 잘 되지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다.

Staffs were all kind. Facilities are all new and good. View from the room were brilliant. I think there are a balcony in each room then you can have a very nice view even you are staying in your room. Breakfast was ok. It's quite far from the town but it's worth it

편안하게 휴식할 수 있음
시설 전반적으로 깔끔하고 쾌적함. 궁금한 사항 물어보면 도와주려는 직원덕에 편하게 쉬어서 불편한점 없었음. 직원들도 대부분 친절하고 서비스퀄리티도 높은 편...(빈펄이나 플라밍고 다이라이보다 높은 평가를 주고싶음) 객실 안에 테라스에서 사파의 구름을 느낄 수 있음. 재방문 의사 있음 !!!!!

조용한 호텔
사파가 현재 개발중인 관계로 공사중인 곳이 많음.이 호텔은 시내와 걸어서 10분정도 떨어져 있어서 조용함. 그리고 조식이 좋음. 레스토랑에서의 경치는 사파특유의 경치를 충분히 볼수있을 정도로 좋음.직원들은 너무 친절함. 사파를 방문하는 관광객들에게 무난히 추천할 수있는 호텔임.

Unser Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' in SaPa war einfach großartig! Alles war super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf die Berge war atemberaubend. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da es in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' wirklich genossen und würden es ohne Zweifel jedem empfehlen, der SaPa besucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!"

Gut: Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Tal. Das Bett hat eine angenehme Härte. Die Einrichtung wurde stilvoll gewählt. Die Lobby war sehr schön. Das Bad war ebenfalls gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr höflich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und war von guter Qualität. Weniger gut: Die Tür auf dem Balkon war etwas verklemmt. Die Schallisolierung zu anderen Zimmer ist nicht gut genug. Der Whirlpool war außerbetrieb.

Regrettably, we only stayed one night when travelling to Sapa for a two day tour. The hotel is a perfect retreat for tired travellers. We should have stayed at least 4 days, if not a week or more to truly explore this most interesting region of Vietnam. My recommendation is to stay longer and make sure you book a valley view room, sit on the balcony and breathe…. So peaceful, just wonderful.

Such a lovely property. Modern hotel with the best views! Surprised people don’t select this place. The grounds are gorgeous! There are art sculptures on the property too. People are helpful and friendly. 3 nights is worth it there. Stay on the higher floors 4 and above for best view of the countryside.

Great 5 star hotel Great rooms with wonderful views from room balcony Location just ten minutes walk from town square away from night clubs and kareokee bar so nice and quiet Only US$2-3 golf buggy taxi ride. Staff extremely nice and helpful Nice design and interior Would definitely stay there again Great value ! 👍😎😀😀😎👍

My partner and I came to say at Paos Sapa as part of a 3 weeks stay in Vietnam (4 nights in Sapa). Paos Leisure Hotel is beautiful with very attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were amazing, spacious modern design and super clean. Staff were always very helpful - letting us get the shuttle bus outside of normal regular trip times, always helping us out with any questions we had. In particular one staff member (forget his name but perhaps the manager of service - often working in the lobby bar and coming up for room service) was super lovely and made us feel really welcome. Couldn't recommend enough!!
