"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "Walter is very attentive and the use of the jacuzzi helped relaxed our sore muscles. The room was clean, spacious and nice with hot flowing water and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this location! Definitely would stay here if I return.. "

"This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location just a short walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The restaurant was a highlight—delicious food with great variety, beautifully prepared and presented. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, a wonderful stay that combined comfort, great dining, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker. "
