“Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

“Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!”

“Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip.
