โRamada hotel was very calm and convenience because malls were very near.
And many staffs were very kind and generous, especially Mr. Kam.
The hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

โFalse advertising Mattresses lumpy/soft/falling off supports. Only 1 lamp that was broken. No overhead lighting. Bugs in bathroom/no soap or shampoo. No bedside table or lamp. NO chairs to sit on or place anything on. Dirty rugs inside Hallways dimly lit and dirty. Outside unkempt. We felt unsafe there. No breakfast as advertisedโ
