The clerks of the hotel are kind, and I could feel that they are always doing their best for customers.

โThe property was clean, bright, and well be situated. The staff was warm, welcoming, kind and considerate. The restaurant had excellent moules-frites.

โThe parking was good, the breakfast was excellent, everywhere was clean, the manager was helpful, the mattress was reasonably comfortable, there were no problems at all except possibly we couldn't find anywhere local to the hotel to have anything to eat, thank youโ
โStaff at the reception desk is kind and helpful. Did my check-in fast and easy. Good size room. Bed comfortable. Good breakfast. Highly recommended. โ
โNice Hotel. We stayed in the family room in July of 2025 where there is a door that separates the other bedroom, which was nice as we stayed with our 2 adult children. The rooms did not have AC, but they do have windows that open (no screens unfortunately) that brought in cool air. We paid for their breakfast which was pretty good. Only about a 15 minute car ride to the Juno Beach museum. They have a parking lot, but with only about 10 stalls. We had to park in the front which was fine. ...

โWe were absolutely thrilled with this Hotel - we were late due to the long drive from Calais but William welcomed us & instantly made us feel at home - fabulous room which we were also allowed to take our dog Ted - breakfast was outstanding- we did not want to leave & will definitely stay on our return drive back to England in 7 weeks โ
โWe liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isnโt anything within walking distance. Itโs kind of in a business area so you canโt walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasnโt a problem but it could be if youโre expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. โ
